Four months in, and the skateboard has been amazing. Has a good look, meets or exceeds all specs. Lot of fun. Took a second or two for my 12 year old son to get the hang of the brake, but now he practically lives on it. The motor makes it heavier than his old skateboards, so carrying around, we picked up a shoulder strap. Battery life is pretty good, the controller a little less so, but still fine and it really flies. Keep meaning to take it down the hill near our house where there's a speed check to see the top mph, but it really moves. Possibly exceeds advertised 18-20mph max. Don't know if I'd recommend it to a beginner, because while the low speed is smooth, the mid and hi speeds are probably a little hot without some experience. definitely good for someone with at least a few months under their belt. A good buy at its price point, definitely considering the higher end models.

Bought this electric skateboard for a Christmas present. It was a hit. Perfect gift for a 13 year old. Its easy to learn . The wheels roll smoothly and has good foot grip. The battery charges fast and lasts a good while. Or you can choose freestyle. With the tire size they will roll over any small gravels that may be on the sidewalk. It has three different speeds to choose from and fast is pretty quick! It has a light in the middle that stays on when in use that's not only cool but makes it safer if your riding after dark. This skateboard is a cool gift option. CUSTOMER SERVICE for this company is top notch! A few months after purchasing this skateboard it powered off and we couldn't get it to come back on. i emailed customer service and explained what happened. The very next business day they determined it was a faulty battery and offered to replace it. That's awesome customer service! If you are looking for great products and fantastic customer service this is the company to purchase from!

Absolutely be warned, this board worked great for the first month, was pretty smooth and everything, then the screws starting falling out mid ride, and just the other day it stopped charging, it'll charge for a brief second but that's it and lasts for about 4 minutes. Complete waste of money and very disappointing

So I got this for my birthday back in April and shorty after my light in the middle stopped working board works great it’s very nice fast and good battery life but I heard a rattling inside I opened up my board and a cell came off the electronics must have been to the light I got lucky that a cell did not come off from an important part over all its a good board but try not to be to rough with it or a cell my break off inside like it did mine.

Great for city commute! It's my 4th e board and so far this model is my favorite for the reasons of; 1. Light and small to carry around when you are running errands. 2. It's fast just enough for any city like Manhattan and sometimes it's faster than cars stuck in traffic. (Faster than any other boards I had before). 3. Runs quite long once it's charged. 4. The pointy tail is good to have it stand against wall anywhere. I had round tail model before and had to hold it all the time. 5. Sturdy body allows smooth/strady ride. I had one with typical wood board and riding was very unstable. 6. Last but not least, AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is I am the most satisfied with Jking. They responded my inquiry so fast and I found there are many useful information on their website. Could feel their love for their products. Because it's electric product, of course there could be troubles or questions just like any other products and when I left a massage on the website, Jack responded right away. It wasn't AI, but actual person! I highly recommend this model to beginners for this reason as well.

The media could not be loaded. So after a month of having and riding I can officially say this board can only handle about 200 miles before everything starts to loosen up. I’ve had this thing for a month now and I’ve had to fix some of the wiring, take the light out cause a loose wire was causing a short, the wheels chunk off if you hit rocks which is understandable. the battery has crapped out after only charging about 75 maybe 100 times and luckily it’s under warranty. Pros- good board for the pricing and good speed with a good motor that surprisingly climbs hills up to 30 degree It can definitely handle some bumps but not too much Cons- A but of maintenance is needed every so often I had to replace the original bearings because they weren’t good I also replaced the stock Bushings because they weren’t good but that was a ten dollar fix All and all good for the price and it tops out at 18 MPH so it’s pretty quick The video taken is after about 100 miles out on it
