TLDR: Great for like, 3 weeks of consistent use, then it breaks. Purchased the board, and for about 2 weeks it was great, everything was as advertised. About halfway through week three though the motor started jerking mid ride, turning off and on again. This happened even at full charge. I thought it was just a bearing starting to break but after another week the board just didn't turn on. I opened it up and found a capacitor that had broken of something and was just rolling around (there is a lot of extra room in the actual board fyi). After contacting support they asked if I wanted a free board to leave them a 5-star review (against amazon TOA btw). So I did not get the 12-month warranty as advertised despite this being entirely on them. ... show more

It's a great size and it has worked great getting around college with it. The 8 degree hill limit generally works great as that's supposed to be the rule for ramps and such for disabled use, but there are times when the hills are too much. The single motor is also a slight inconvenience as it can make control hard at times. The board is very durable however, and it has very few instances of too high of a climb. The acceleration and breaking are very well set up so you don't accidently throw yourself off and it has served well over several bumps from cracks in the sidewalk to large seeds on the ground.     • Good for young beginners
This product is great for young small beginners, it can’t climb up hill like it says if the weight limit exceeds 140. The board is slick as well so it can easily slide out from under the user in the middle of a turn. Be warned this can cause serious injury even with the right protection.

I’ve had this for a little over a month now and I have to say This skateboard is so fun and soooo fast and it’s so much more affordable than other electric skateboards out there. Takes a little getting used too but once you do you’re having so much fun I’m so happy I’ve bought this product

It worked great for about a week used it to get everywhere but after that the battery just stoped working it turned off mid ride and now won’t turn on expect better for the price

Bought this electric skateboard for a Christmas present. It was a hit. Perfect gift for a 13 year old. Its easy to learn . The wheels roll smoothly and has good foot grip. The battery charges fast and lasts a good while. Or you can choose freestyle. With the tire size they will roll over any small gravels that may be on the sidewalk. It has three different speeds to choose from and fast is pretty quick! It has a light in the middle that stays on when in use that's not only cool but makes it safer if your riding after dark. This skateboard is a cool gift option. CUSTOMER SERVICE for this company is top notch! A few months after purchasing this skateboard it powered off and we couldn't get it to come back on. i emailed customer service and explained what happened. The very next business day they determined it was a faulty battery and offered to replace it. That's awesome customer service! If you are looking for great products and fantastic customer service this is the company to purchase from! ... show more

    • Expected this to last longer
I bought this for my daughter. It has been in use for 1.5 months. The access panel under the board is flimsy at best. Molded plastic with no rigid reinforcements, so over a small amount of time you can see the silicone gasket pushing out around the cover. Unit will not power on now after 1.5 months. Opened the board up to verify the battery connection and make sure there are not any loose wires, none loose btw. The battery is labeled for 36v but it tests at 41.9v and the charger is 42v@2amps... strange but ok... Tried to turn on the board after testing the battery, no luck there. no damaged wires seen, no loose connections, no swollen battery (to my amazement), nothing found that would validate the non-working condition. Only thing I can surmise without a schematic is that the control module or the power button has failed. I have power to the module at the main positive and ground wires, at the compactor on the module, and on one of the yellow wire pins (#4) that go to the power switch, however no power on the red wire pin. I'm also guessing the charging wire from the battery has only .5 volts as back feed reference to charger. All in all, I am not impressed. This could have been a great starter board into the electric skateboard market for any kid wanting one without breaking the bank. On a positive note, the grip tape is great, the trucks so far are holding up to asphalt use, the board frame is pretty solid. When it works it works like it is intended. Recommendations for future betterment of the product: -move the charge port off the access panel to the side of the compartment -change the push button switch off and replace it with a slide switch -cast into the access panel (on the inside) a perimeter rod for rigidity and equalization of sealing pressure -add a small led diode next to switch and charging port to indicate power on and power to board (takes away he guess work on if the charger is working and if the board is turned on) -BUTTONS fail more often the mechanical slide switches do Note to manufacture: If you need additional information or need to contact, please message me. ... show more
