It's a remarkable machine and customer service is efficient and friendly I got replacement parts sooner than expected. I'm at 600 miles and everything is going great just upgraded my tires tho that might be something to consider I got a flat first 60 miles other than that yes changing the tires is a pain have a professional do it because you have to unhook the motor from the battery... So if you want sheer power speed and suspension this scooter is amazing. Ill start with CONS first... 1. Theft issue: brackets from suspension post can be unscrewed and a ulock can easily be taken out the only spot thats convenient to lock it up from is the suspension post so i have to buy another u lock to expand the u lock i already have to lock it from the black post. Maybe even an extra chain.. ugh 2. assembly can be pain if you don't read the manuel first also read the p-page to understand how the odometer works 3. The seat provided is horrible although i love the suspension for the seat.. bought a wider saddle now its so comfortable 4. THE DISTANCE THE BATTERY CAN GO IS TESTED BY SMALLER THINNER HUMAN BEINGS SO THE 60 MILES DISTANCE ADVERTISED IS NOT TRUE FOR EVERYONE.. I AM 320LBS 5'8 I DONT THINK I GO UP ANY CRAZY INCLINATIONS THESE NEW YORK STREETS CAN BE ROUGH..THOUGH OVERALL I THINK IT GOES UP TO I THINK MAYBE 30 MILES FULLY CHARGED FOR ME PROS: 1. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST AND LEON IS VERY QUICK TO RESPOND AND WILL SEND YOU THE PARTS YOU NEED NO EXTRA CHARGE..
