So happy with the configuration and size. It is small enough to pack in the tiniest carry-on, but still holds a good volume of food. It heats faster than expected! Food will stick though, so I now just put a piece of aluminum foil in the bottom for easier cleaning.

Not quite perfect, but good enough for the price.

I really like this heated lunch box. I've had to make a few adjustments. Dry food placed directly on the bottom of the container will probably be scorched on one side and cold on the other. I've discovered that "wet heat" works best, so for something like my frozen breakfast burritos, I put them (wrapped in foil) in a small, shallow baking dish with a little water (about 1/4 cup) underneath, and it will steam it to hot in about 45-50 minutes without scorching anything. So yes, it has a few shortcomings, but overall, I like it. The fabric "insulated" carrying case that it comes with is pretty flimsy and mine is falling apart after only 6 months of not-quite-daily use. Hoping to find something better to replace it with, but I wish they had included something better in the first place.

An excellent product! Makes food amazingly hot!

This product is awesome. Only fault is that it heats more to the side with the cord and the cord could be a foot longer. Still giving it 5 stars as it is excellent quality; keeps my food safe when stored in the stainless steel pan in refrigerator for many days and saves money from having to buy lunches when I’m at work all day.

I like it! It works amazing. Buuuuut, the zipper came broken AND the box was opened and a bit smashed. Looked like someone had opened it. But nothing inside the box was damaged ASIDE from the zipper. Maybe make sure the packaging is better and the product doesnt come with some broken pieces next time? If not for that it wouldve gotten a five star
