I'm not the kind to give 1 Star Reviews, but this one is called for. My HeatsBox Go ended up being a huge disappointment. Didn't even last a full month before having some sort of battery issue that makes it basically useless. I could get an hour of heating when it actually worked correctly, now it only heats for 20-30 minutes before the battery is spent. If you read the instructions, that's the exact time it takes just for the lunch box to come up to temperature. Let alone cook or heat anything well. I also had issues with the app and bluetooth connection. I can't say for sure if the issues are specific to my phone, but it's devastating regardless since there's no physical controls on the lunch box. If you can't use the app, you can't use the lunch box. Finally, it just feels cheap for the outrageous price tag. I paid $198 after taxes for this thing and it just feels low quality. Rubber hoops instead of actual latches, no carrying handle, and the metal insert is a cheap feeling aluminum pan that scratches easy and feels like it will bend if I'm not careful washing it. Long story short, heed the reviews and find something else. I wouldn't pay $50 for this thing again, let alone the $200 I originally did. This was supposed to be an upgrade from a $40 wired electric lunch box that I got from a truck stop 4 years ago. But that's what I'm going back to as soon as I mail this thing back to Amazon. ... show more

I usually wait like months before making reviews but this is so worth it and very awesome to use! Easy to set it up especially on the app, i can set a schedule when i would like to eat and just leave it to warm up my food, and heads up, it only heats up enough to warm up food, not to cook so no risk of burning at all and wasy to clean. ... show more

    • Don't Buy Two Like I Did — Both Failed Fast lost $400
⭐ 1/5 — Terrible Battery Life & Zero Customer Support I bought TWO of these at $200 each — $400 total — and both failed within 6 months. That's completely unacceptable for that price. Here's what happened: • One unit's battery degraded badly in under 6 months — it barely heats food anymore. • The second one malfunctioned even faster — the battery wouldn't stay connected and it stopped working within 3 months. When I contacted customer support, they refused to replace either unit. No resolution, no accountability — just a dead end. I've since switched to a different electric lunch box that heats food 10x faster and the battery is still going strong. Night and day difference. Save your money. For $200 you deserve a product that lasts more than a few months and a company that stands behind it. AVOID. i would gave -10 stars it that an option ... show more

I am so so happy with this lunchbox. I do not have to go to a community room to use the microwave. This allows me to utilize my lunch-time to the fullest. It surprisingly has the ability to make the food super hot. It heats thick meats brilliantly. It also pays itself off quickly because I no longer have to pay $15 to $20 a day for quality food. This is the Rollsroyce of lunchboxes. I also spoke with their customer service and they are brilliant on every level. Treat yourself to this lunchbox. You're worth it!! ... show more

    • Major battery problem.
The battery did not hold a charge well at all. I would charge it to 100% to prepare for future use. A few hours later it would be down to 85%. While using, ten minutes into re-heating a meal, the battery dropped all the way down to 25%. This happened both times I tried using this device. I was never able to re-heat a meal fully because of the battery dying before the meal was done. The battery lasted approximately 40 minutes each time I used it. Keep in mind that according to the app, the meals would require 70-80 minutes to re-heat, which means the battery was never able to provide the full re-heat. The product itself is really well made. I love how easy it is to clean and I love how everything can be controlled with the app. It is unfortunate that the battery died so quickly which made the device practically unusable and inefficient, especially considering the price tag. ... show more
