Simple neck straighten brought this into a good setup. Unfortunately, the pickups are out of phase. Position 1 is good as is position 5. The middle pickup is just terrible. Being a repair and luthier, I plan on digging in my pickup stash and making it right. I have a couple Bullfighters, and overall, they have been outstanding low cost guitars. This one just needs some cheap pickups in phase to make it right.

Update: I am enjoying using this guitar. It has a great feel to it from the neck to the weight of the guitar. It's not too heavy, not too light, it just feels comfortable. Below is my initial review in which I was underwhelmed by the accessories that come with the guitar not matching what you see in the picture. The seller was very quick to respond and genuinely cared for my concern. They wanted to make things right, and I am very appreciative of that gesture and response. I'll start off with the understanding this was a very inexpensive guitar. The guitar looks great and feels great. Not very heavy, but still solid. The paint job is beautiful, didn't expect it to have as much metal flake as it does, very sparkly. The tone seems really nice so far, however I only have an e-drum amp at the moment, not my guitar amp yet, so not sure how much difference that will make. My issue, however, is the accessories are nothing like shown in the picture. The gig bag is much cheaper looking, only has one pocket, and the handle and shoulder straps are very thin and look like they can easily tear off. The guitar strap is a cheap generic black strap with no bullfighter logo, and is very short. The picks are generic single color picks without the Bullfighter logo like in the picture. The cable is very short and extremely thin, very poor quality, and I did not receive an extra set of strings. The one plus is that it did include the clip on digital tuner, which it does say in the description, yet isn't shown in the picture. However it doesn't include a battery, so I can't use it to test it yet. I may update my review once I get to play it more, and I didn't expect high quality accessories with the cost of the guitar, but I did expect to at least get what I saw in the picture.

Front top of headstock was damaged, approximately with a .5 inch chip taken out. Inner carton was damaged, indicating possible damage which indeed did exist before being shipped. Damaged carton was placed within a second carton insulated with packing paper. Outer carton NOT damaged. Items in damaged cartons should be inspected BEFORE being shipped! Now item must be returned, which is not only disappointing, but also inconvenient for all involved. Whatever happened to quality assurance? Shame on manufacturer, shame on Amazon!

Este modelo no lo enviaban a mi dirección y lo envié a otra. El paquete no se abrió hasta dos meses después ( lo cual era pasada la fecha de devolución). Al probarla no funciona debido a que la tercera cuerda queda pegada de los trastes aún después de afinarla. Se ve bien pero no hace lo que se espera. Defraudante. No tenía el papel protector de las cuerdas, por lo que significa que no era completamente nueva, sino, una guitarra devuelta, defectuosa o que quien la tuvo manipuló el puente y lo dañó tal vez. De cualquier manera, muy defraudante compra.

The bridge and middle pickup were not working properly. Otherwise the guitar could have been enjoyable after a fret polish and proper set up. I returned for a refund.

I've had my eye on this guitar for a while now, but I received it about two days ago as a late "New Years" treat. What a treat it is! It came in fairly decent packaging with everything as listed in the description. Tuner, cleaning cloth, two cables, etc. Although they are not the best quality, they get the job done nonetheless. It'd be excessive to replace them seeing as the guitar itself is so cheap. That being said, it has certain 'traits' that are sometimes missing on higher-end guitars. There are no sharp frets, working tone and volume knobs, a smooth satin neck, and this beautiful sparkly finish you can only see when holding it. (I ordered the black one by the way.) It did have a smudge or two on the lower body, but it was gone after a small wipe-down with very little water. That aside, I was impressed at how perfect the action was! Tuned her up, threw her on an amp, and let her sing her heart out. I'm no Red Riding Hood, but it wasn't too light or too heavy either--its just right. The strings seem kind of pre-stretched. They're not the gauge I'd normally use, but they're comfortable enough for me not to immediately change them. I read a review sometime ago about the pickups not working. Maybe it's just the one I got, but she sounds great in all positions. The pickups are really good like the rest of the guitar. Reviewer to purchaser, I'd highly recommend this guitar, no matter what 'genre' of playing you're going into. Its pickups make it pretty versatile, and the specs itself make it easily usable for even beginner players. It gets a solid 8/10 from me, only because a 9 or 10 seems unrealistic lol.
