I have a king-size Coleman air mattress which I use in my RV. I would explain how or why, but yeah, it's a little janky. I've been using a "Coleman 4D Air Pump" for years, and while it does the job it does it slowly and it never really generates much pressure. Well, I ran a 12v outlet to the bedroom to run this AGPTek pump and it's like night and day. This pump inflates the mattress 20-30% faster and is able to generate some actual pressure which makes the mattress more comfortable. Yes, there is a small hassle in dealing with the cord to the wall, but it's better than fumbling with a pump that has 4 D cells in it. My complaints about this pump are twofold: One, the nozzles barely fit and will fall off the pump readily. I fixed that with some friction tape. Second, the ON/OFF switch is in a dumb location. When you are trying to shut the valve in mattress and keep the nozzle on the pump and find the switch there's a good chance things won't work out perfectly. That said, I inflate the mattress once per trip and sleep on it every night, so the added pressure (and comfort) and not having to buy D cell batteries and low cost make this a win. I would pay more for a better pump, but this gets the job done. ... show more

The best part of this is that it includes both 120v and 12v plugs so that you can use at home or on the road. My car does not have a 120v plug so using my home pump when camping required that I use a power inverter. Now with this I can keep it in my camping gear and blow up air mattress directly from my 12v plug in the car. It has plenty of power and can also deflate to help packing them back up. ... show more

This thing is hearty. I used to it air air up several large pool floats, and it handled them with aplomb. The best part is, I forgot about the darned thing outside for weeks, on the porch. Plug it it, still works perfectly.

Used this pump to inflate 2 3-person Intex inflatable boats. Plugged into the car 12v power. The power cord was long enough that we had no problem reaching the boats, the air volume filled each boat in about 5 minutes, air pressure was great. So much better than hand pumping
