I was skeptical about these handheld blowers for years but finally decided to try one of these SDFM ones. The cost is pretty high, but I must say they work awesome! The warranty support is great too, so have no fears ordering. Build quality is top notch. I mainly use mine for keeping electronics and musical instruments clean. The motor is strong and clears dust easily. For heavier duty jobs like blowing copious dust or grime out of a vehicle or something, you'll want a a full-size air compressor. But, these little guys are about 80% as strong as the one I have in the workshop and their portability gives them a lot of uses you'd never expect. I had a little bit of trouble with the battery on my first unit, but the manufacturer was quick to help me out. Fantastic warranty support. Three nitpicks: -Battery life is short on the high power setting, which is all I use. -The device can be picky about what kind of charger you use, so use the included one. -The detachable "barrel" is an unnecessary annoyance that falls off easily. Mine is gaff taped on now. Other sellers include attachments that fit the magnetic mount, but they aren't that useful. In the future I'd like to see a larger battery, longer barrel, and more power!

My barber introduced me to a similar product which costs quite a bit more, and I was super impressed. So, I scoured Amazon for a comparable product that was more affordable and had great reviews. I came across this device and I was uncertain at first. I saw reviews that said it could not move anything like the videos show (maybe they were not using full power?). I can tell you for a fact the videos are accurate. A little history... We have a multi-pet house, so lots of dust and pet dander build up. Though we constantly vacuum, electronics, furniture, walls, and lampshades are constantly getting build-up. I spend about 30 bucks a month on canned, compressed air (dust-off), mostly just to try to keep my electronics clean. The power of canned air is optimal for about 5 seconds, then begins to fade. So you have to pause for a bit or only use it in very short bursts to get consistent power. Not with this electric air duster. This thing REALLY BLOWS! As a test, I was able to clear my backyard walkways of sand, grass, sticks, and even dog poo, so power is not a problem at all. As for dusting, you have three power modes: Full, mid, and low. Depending on what you are trying to clean, be careful with full power. Make sure the immediate area is free of loose or lightweight items that can be blown away, especially smaller items. I have tested this on portable stand-up fans, computers, my portable AC filter screens, walls, floors, furniture, lampshades, clothing (pet hair), my beard, and my hair after showering. The electric duster handles them all with ease. I suggest cleaning portable devices like fans outside. When I did it, it blew huge clouds of dust all over the house. I had no idea it was that dirty. The only thing that is a little disappointing is that the battery drains pretty quickly with it constantly running. It does get a little warm with the power on for long periods, as well, but the good thing is that it is so powerful that you do not need to run it for very long to clean your mid-sized and smaller devices. I could go on about how much I like this thing, but I will end it here. Since I bought it, I have used it daily. Just as a note, this device is not a vacuum; it is only a blower and should only be used as such. My personal rating: Five stars for power, four stars for battery—it does last if you use it sparingly. Five stars for ease of use, and four stars for value (even though it was affordable, it is still not "cheap"). However, compared to spending $30/mo on compressed air, it has already paid for itself.

I had this item in my cart for months and kept talking myself out of it because I thought I was gonna find a better one or a less expensive one. Then the holiday came around and couldn’t think of what to get my husband for Christmas. He has a lot of tools so he’s hard to buy for and he also has a professional grade air compressor tank in our garage that he use's all the time. After reading the specs again, I decided to purchase it and OMG this thing is the coolest handheld air compressor ever! It’s simple to use, light weight, but very powerful and is extremely useful for so many things, I even use it all the time to dust in hard to reach areas and completely removed the dust and so many other things and so now we both use it all the time. You definitely get what you pay for and I highly recommend this product. I have had no issues with it whatsoever.

I have always liked washing my cars and motorcycles on the weekends and often would use the car wash air dryer to blow off the car before I towel dried it. These days I use a touch less car wash with a good spot free, so I don’t towel dry as often but I would still use the air dryer, which is down depending on what stall you use, etc. Enter this little handheld blower device - I washed my car this morning then use this to air dry the car instead of the air dryer, and it works AWESOME. Blows super hard, has a motor in it like a Dyson vacuum (brushless, 130k rpm). Much better than the air dryer. I can get all of the water out of the cracks, the mirrors, off the back bumper QUICKLY, then drive home and car is spotless as what little water is left dried on the way home. I cannot wait to try this to dry off my black Harley after I wash it. Would buy this device again FOR SURE.

Item would not charge, I know how this unit works because I have one at my workplace. I hadn’t used this one much and when I tried to charge it I found it doesn’t work. Unfortunately, I realized on February 1 the day after the no return policyof January 31 kicked in. I don’t want to return it because I don’t like it. I want to return it because it doesn’t work. Also, because I didn’t activate the two year warranty within seven days of purchasing it i’m stuck with a $50 paperweight chances are I didn’t even open the box within seven days. Never mind read all the instructions which aren’t really written in the best of English.
