I bought this charger case for an out of the country vacation trip. It only lasted about two weeks perfectly. During my vacation time between 2.1.2024- 2.18.2024- the battery case charger port will not connect properly to the USB lightning cord charger. Magnetization is strong enough, if it works well as a standby charger. I like to have an extra battery pack in my bag in the event I can’t get to a wall charger. They come in super handy during travel.

I had my case for 6 days and it no longer charges my phone. I woke up to find my phone hadn’t charged over night and when I push the button on the back of the case to charge through the case the blue lights come on showing it is on but there is no charge happening to the phone.

I've been buying the same brand phone case for several years until they stopped making them for the model of phone I purchased. I switched over to another brand and then they stopped making the charging cases as well. I don't like charging pods or external batteries... I lose things too quickly. I really wanted to love this but it just doesn't seem to have the same amount of power as the others I've owned previously, nor does it seem as durable. Of particular annoyance is the fact that the power plug can move and bend so easily. Other cases tend to have a rigid piece around the charging port to help prevent this and I absolutely prefer and need that. I was disappointed that I got less than 50% charge, despite the promises on the ad and the device was running incredibly hot so I gave up. I will recharge the case and try again on a cooler day to see how things go, but so far I'm just not in love. ... show more

My iPhone 13 battery health is considered good, but it still does not last the entire day. I rely on my phone as a health monitor and cannot operate it is power saving mode. I found the Ekrist Battery Case for my iPhone 13 and it's working better than I expected. Based on my personal experience and product review, I am giving the Ekrist Battery Case for iPhone 13 a 4-star rating. While using the Ekrist Battery Case, my iPhone 13 lasted more than 24 hours without an additional charge. I kept checking the battery level on the iPhone and the Ekrist Battery Case. After a few days, I stopped checking because I was never close to running out of power after a full days of use. From a power perspective, the Ekrist Battery Case exceeded my expectations and I no longer worry about running out of power. The added battery capacity comes with the obvious "weight" trade-off. The combined weight of the phone and the battery pack is now ~2x. I wish the Ekrist Battery Case had a batter non-slip exterior coating to prevent slipping or dropping the phone, but that is only a minor concern. Charging the Ekrist Battery Case is as easy as charging your iPhone. Just plug in the lightning cable into the battery pack and you can charge your phone and the battery pack at the same time. On a few occasions (gym), I did not want to have the extra weight, so I just slipped the iPhone out of the battery pack. The top of the Ekrist Battery Case flexes and then you just slide the iPhone straight up and it's out. I recommend the Ekrist Battery Case for anyone that needs or wants 2x the power. ... show more
