I ordered my normal XX-Large; however, based on the sizing chart, I was concerned it would be too tight, but I decided to take my chances, and it fits beautifully. It's slim fitting but not too tight. The top and sleeves are plenty long enough. What I really like about it is the neck. It's not an actual turtleneck, it's a mock turtleneck, which I like so much better than an actual turtleneck. It's a nice fit around the neck - it doesn't bag or sag at all. (The first picture of the description shows what the neck fits like). The top is stretchy, very soft and on the thinner side, so it will be a nice layering piece. The top is made of 92% polyester and 8% spandex. I will wash it on the delicate cycle using cold water and hang dry. Once it dries, I will put it in the dryer with a dryer sheet to prevent static. I actually ordered two of these - I ordered the Green but it hasn't been delivered yet. These will be really nice to have for the colder months.

The color on this is super flattering. It’s lightweight so it’s great to layer under things and the material is breathable. It is slightly see through. It is form fitting so if you’re wanting it to be a little looser, I would go one size up.

Although the thickness of the fabric is very stretchy, I had to be very careful not to insert my nail through the fabric while dressing. This is where fabrics manufactured to resemble spider silk fabric would be useful. But is this one? I don’t think so. It is very soft and a nice ribbed look, so I do like it but I don’t love it. I was disappointed in thinking I would order up a size in order to leave room for movement, but it is tight even with the up sizing but stretchy so you don’t feel straight-jacket confinement. I will wear this as an under shirt, or it could be a topper for a sleeveless dress if you need an extra layer in the chest area, because that’s where I prefer a little extra warmth. I bought two to get a small percentage discount, but in my opinion, (which doesn’t mean that much in my financial terms), that was too costly for the products, even with a discount. If it was manufactured to resemble the strength of spider silk fabric, the price point would be an exceptional value! It is only warm when layered, which is what I do anyway, so it’s a nice little garment to wear in the office, on a jog, or anything in between! You decide ….

The turtle neck looks cheap because there is a random seam in the neck portion. It’s not even in the back of the shirt but on the side of it so you have to wear your hair down or else it just is so visible. The shirt itself isn’t bad but don’t recommend it for something to have in the long term or if you’re looking for something nicer. You get what you pay for.
