I loved this robe, it was incredibly warm and cozy during a very cold winter. I felt like I looked like Mrs. Snuffleupagus in it but it was so cozy I couldn't really care. However, as soon as winter was over the zipper broke! It is expensive to get a zipper replaced so it wasn't worth me keeping it and I donated it to Salvation Army. I would like to buy it again but don't trust the zipper, especially reading how many other people have problems with it too. In that case the price should be much less. Update: i decided to repurchase it & try to be extra cognizant of the zipper. This time I bought dark blue. The material is thinner than last time. The previous robe in another color was thick & took up a lot of space in my closet. This one is noticeably thinner but still warm, although the first one was extra warm. For size reference: 5’5”, 145# the medium was a perfect fit, not to long. This robe is much nicer then the price may reflect. Soft, not to encompassing and not that heavy, velour polar, fleece material. The only reason I returned it was the color listed as dark red, in reality is a dull pinkish rose with mauve undertones. The robe is so soft and warm. I really like that it goes down to my ankles and has long enough sleeves. I have long arms so sometimes sleeves run short for me. I also love that it zips up from the bottom of the robe. That is exactly what I was looking for because my current robe turns the legs of my pajama bottoms as I walk down the stairs, it's annoying. This one I can zip up at the bottom going down the stairs and then zip back down to cover my legs when I am on the couch. The only kind of weird thing is that it isn't a separating zipper, it doesn't come completely apart like on a coat. You have to step in it, which is no big deal for all the great things about it, it's just weird. It is exactly what I was looking for! ... show more

I purchased this because it said it was flannel. It is not flannel: it’s velour. I love that the length is clear to the floor. The arms are several inches longer than need be. One can turn up the sleeves to make a cuff, but since it’s Valour it’s really slippery, and they almost immediately come undone. ... show more

This thing is warm and cozy. The colour is beautiful, a dusty blue and I love that it hits just at my ankles. The top to bottom zipper is also a plus. On the downside it's sizing is way off. I'm a solid medium and need to go down a full size. The sleeves are 3-4 inches too long.
