Some of these reviews are laughable. 1) these are Vinyl, so when I see “not sturdy enough” cmon, they’re vinyl! 2). When someone says it’s a different shade of white, again, I believe there’s over 1k different whites on the color spectrum, paint them! Anyways, we got exactly what was expected and they’re fantastic. They came in one piece with both screw and stake types color coded with the shutter. Don’t over screw or hammer and they’ll work great. Ours look fantastic. Great size, color and ease of installation. And they look like real wood until you’re a couple feet from them or touch them. When’s the last time you actually touched a shutter? ... show more

I just had new vinyl siding installed on my house and had the windows wrapped in black. Although it looked great, I was so used to shutters and decided to get these black ones. It was a great edition to polish everything off. They were a good choice, very happy with them.

These shutters are beautiful and make a huge statement / improvement to the curb appeal of any home. They're plastic, which makes them lightweight and a little easier to hold up while installing. They look great closeup and from further away. The only thing that I found a little confusing is that the ad pictures do not show the installation bolts. When we started out installing them, I assumed they would hold with screws from behind, but they actually have plastic pieces that screw/bolt them into the wall. Ours each use six of those, and it does change the look of the shutters a little, so I just wish they were shown in pics how they actually look when installed. The horizontal pieces have bolts in them, they're not plain like in the picture. Having said that, I love them and wish we got them sooner, but so happy to have them now! ... show more

We purchased 5 sets the first time, then realizing we needed one more purchased one more. 3 of the 5 came pretty quickly we never received the other 2 so asked for a refund/return that was September 10 and are just now getting the refund October 3. We ordered the other set and it took FOR EVER to receive them. Be careful putting them up they are kinda flimsy and if you screw them in a little too tight they will bend in they just are not what we expected and should have done more research we just liked the board-n-batten look to go with our new house. First set of shutters shipped was black and louvered (totes not what was ordered). Next set arrived cracked which of course wasn’t discovered until already painting them, thus our problem to repair. Cheap, brittle, hollow plastic product. Boooooooo!!!!

We really like these forest green shutters! They are very modern looking, not so shiny, and look great! BUT...... We ordered 4 different sizes and had no complaints, until......we received the separate shipment of 43" shutters. They cut 59" shutters down to make the 43" shutters and connected the two pieces together. They look the same as the others, except where the top board goes across the shutter. It is fastened on the sides instead of being all one piece. Also, in our strong winds, my husband put two more screws in each of just these to help from not blowing off or breaking. Maybe it isn't a popular size or maybe they had too many 59", but this was not the best idea in our opinion. ... show more
