Sometimes that material can be difficult to work with because you end up having to bend it into shape, but I had no issues. I put it together myself in about 2 hours. Phenomenal chair that adds beauty and character to our space. This chair does not photograph as beautiful as in the picture. The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. Assembled in under 2 hours. The screws, bolts and small L wrench is provided, however our own tools (ratchet) helped put the chair together quickly. Do wipe the chair before the pillows are placed. The screws leave a dark oil residue that is easily wiped off. There is a customer service support phone number available for questions. The chair is large so do ensure that you can get it into the space that you desire. Absolutely love it! It came ahead of time and it’s was super easy to put together. I did it by myself in about 30 minutes. It’s not too heavy to move around but very sturdy the cushions are soft but not sink in soft which is perfect for me. Initially I was nervous that the pillows would shifts while I was sitting or laying in it and I’d always have to be fixing them but they stay put. The material is also easy to clean. 56 year old woman put it together in a couple of hours. Just be patient. It’s nicely lightweight, enough to easily move it by myself. I have it on a balcony, where the winds can get pretty fierce. It won’t move. I do wish there were options for different fabric color. The off-white easily shows any dust or debris. Since it’s outside, that’s inevitable. I really haven’t had to try to clean the cushions yet. It is incredibly comfortable!! I like getting my feet up and laying in it sideways. I took about an hour nap today! Totally relaxing, listening to the wind and feeling the breeze. Great spot to relax! ... show more
