This little ecoflow is very useful at work, at home and in the car. Ditch the battery banks. I use it to charge my drills and work batteries. Buy it. Works well in tandem with my Jackery 880w

Very portable and well-made. I have another larger EcoFlow unit I'm quite happy with. However, don't expect this small unit to be back-up power for for anything but minor applications (laptops, charging phones, small TV, etc.

Brand new out of the box this this would not charge. It was flashing the "overloaded" light and "charging time" lights. Told me 99 hours to charge. After contacting EcoFlow over the phone, they had me reset it by holding the power button for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. It began to charge for 10 minutes and then stopped. I have followed the reset procedures multiple times, and it still wont charge. It won't charge via solar or DC cigarette adapter, or AC wall charger. I called customer service again and they want to send me through a 3rd round of technical support, and keep making me do the same thing over and over that DOESN'T FIX IT. They sent me a faulty unit and are refusing to allow me to return it or get a refund. Don't buy this piece of junk! They obviously know that it isn't doing what it is supposed to do, and they are refusing to accept responsibility for their crappy product. 0/5 stars for the product, and 0/5 stars for customer support. Looks like I wasted $200 on a piece of junk that is SUPPOSED to have a warranty. Note, they will not honor the warranty on their product if you purchase it through Amazon. DO NOT BUY THIS!!! UPDATE: EcoFlow as acknowledged that my AC input port is likely bad but is refusing to replace or refund it. Trust me, you do NOT want to work with this company. After spending multiple hours on customer support and sending endless emails, my problem is still not resolved. This thing will not charge. This garbage company will not stand by their product, and Amazon will not do anything about it. Now I'm out almost $300 for a dead paperweight. I'm not even out of the warranty period, they just won't honor it. This should be criminal. They are selling people faulty "refurbished" units and labeling them as "new" and then not fixing thee problem when people get a faulty one. They just give you the run-around and keep trying to issue "high priority" technical support requests, which mean nothing. They will lead you down this path of "technical support" while all knowing your unit is faulty, and wait until return window/ warranty expires and then deny you for that reason. DO NOT BUY. I REPEAT, THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY. They are not US based customer support, the customer support is out of Europe (sounds middle-eastern), and the product is made in CHINA and technical support team is in China. There is nothing US-made or US-supported about this. On top of it, on its initial charge, it did not hold up to the claim of 600W AC output. It could not even handle a 300W heater for 5 minutes before shutting down and saying overloaded. These things are complete crap, and Amazon should be ashamed for allowing a seller to come on here and steal from people like this. Not only will I NEVER EVER buy another EcoFlow product, I'm questioning Amazon and ever using it again. Their A-to-Z claim is BS. Update 2: because I left this bad review they contacted me and offered a full refund, and I accepted, but now they are refusing to issue the refund that they offered. What a joke! Update 3: They received their return item, but I never got my refund. Amazon won't do anything about it because it is a 3rd party seller. I cannot stress enough, DO NOT BUY ECOFLOW. They are criminals selling broken returned items as "new" and then not giving money back when returned. This is theft!

We've had this a couple of months. We've pulled it out twice, playing with it to see what we can get out of it. Today I received a solar panel I ordered to see how that sets up and improves our camping experience. I go back to the box where everything gets stored into, low and behold no solar cable. Check before you keep it. I'm sure it's too late for me to exchange. Other than that it works fine for running a fan and charging phones. On low, it'll run a fan for about 5 hours before it needs a charge Update** reached out to seller, they previously mailed the solar charger to me after purchase but nothing on the package indicated what the cord was or was for. Honestly, I don't even remember it having company name printed, so thinking I got it in error I returned it. After reaching out they informed me it Was mentioned cable and are resenting it. So when you get that random box, with a random cord, and don't know what it goes to, It's for your ecoflow. I will also add they we're very quick to reply so I gotta say their customer service is on point. I've recently heard Ecoflow was also the most popular nationally. We will definitely be ordering more of these, but larger wattage, as our business grows. Thanks Ecoflow!!

Ordered this with a solar charge cable from their promo offering, when i received the order they only send me the charge cable. Because of this i wrote a negative review for the seller and was about to open a claim. Few days later i received the actual power station. I removed my negative seller review and maybe in the future the seller could inform that the cable ships separately from the actual order to avoid confusion ! The power station works great, tested it only with my laptop and was able to get almost a full day out of it. Some weird buzzing occurs when charging the station, electrical noise... Charges really fast but is noisy when the fan kicks in. The power station is relatively light and easy to carry, interface has all the useful info that is needed and it can also be linked to your phone with their app. The only thing i dislike is that you need internet in order to link it with your phone and to create an account. The power station connects directly to your wifi network which makes no sense to me.

Got the ECOFLOW River 2 and the 110 watt solar panel to tighten up my road trip kit , it’s pretty compact with enough wattage for my needs on the go whether it be camping, a festival or snowboarding and it charges really fast by A/C ! I Haven’t got a chance to see how fast it charges by solar panel or cigarette lighter …. If you’re going to use a wireless charger make sure you use the A/C plugs…. Turns my cars into minivans , controller battery and plug outlets all in one without doing the wiring 😆
