When you spend $2400 on an electrical device, you should want to take care of it, not want to max it out & put it to the test. We used ours for 2 solid weeks of boondocking and it performed perfectly. We ran our furnace, lights, TV, air fryer, coffee pot, microwave, water pumps, etc...and the 2 solar panels charged it right back up 3/4 the time, even on partly sunny days (1300w inverter generators on other days). Anyone with any common sense would ask themselves, even if it would run an AC, how long do you think it will last?...so obviously we didn't even try.

What I liked. First off, this product did exactly what was supposed to do. Recently, in Florida hurricane Milton left us without power for about 3 days. This device kept my fridge going the entire time (not on a single charge). Unfortunately, it was cloudy for a couple days after the storm so charging via solar panels was difficult. In addition to the fridge it kept our cell phones charged and enabled us to cook on a flat top. What I didn't like is that my unit came with 2 solar panels but without an adapter to connect both panels to the unit. I have since purchased but would have been good to know before needing to use it. Secondly, my cpap machine kept causing error 303 which made the generator cut off about every hr and a half which interrupted my already non existent sleep cycle. When I looked up the error I was told it could be ternate to firmware and to download the app. Overall I recommend! You will need about 3 solar panels for it to truly work for you. Am extra battery is next on the list of items to get. Also to maximize the solar abilities you will need to find a way to prop up the panels to the sun. The case out comes in is not sufficient for this task by itself.

I have had my Ecoflow pro for a month . Our power went out for 4 hours one day since arriving. What a blessing to have had power to operate our refrigerator and freezer. It will handle both appliances easily for more than a day . I have been charging and powering these appliances at the same time on sunny days just to lower our electric bills. I am impressed and recommend Ecoflow.

"I am extremely disappointed with my EcoFlow Pro; after only three months of moderate use, it has started displaying constant, unjustified 'Overload' errors even when powering minimal loads. It is unacceptable for such an expensive and supposedly 'pro' piece of equipment to lose its reliability so quickly, turning what should be a dependable power solution into a frustrating and untrustworthy investment."

I purchased 2 of these generators this year to take advantage of the tax credits that are (supposedly) expiring at the end of 2025 - and to protect my home in the event of a power outage. While there are a myriad of benefits to these units, there are a few things that I would have liked to have seen either done differently or added to the units. First and foremost, they simply have too many different variations of the same units available here on Amazon and elsewhere (including their own website). There's the Delta Pro, the Delta Pro 2, the Delta 2 Max, the Delta Pro 3, the Delta Pro Extra Battery, the Delta Pro Ultra, the Portable Power Station, the Power Station 6144, the Solar Generator Package - and the list goes on and on from there. I'm just an average guy who doesn't deal with Amps, Watts, Volts, and such on a regular basis... so much of the description of these units is lost on me. And which one to pick was more of a guess than a knowledgeable "choice". Next, if you purchase 2 of these units, YOU *MUST* PURCHASE THE DOUBLE VOLTAGE HUB (unless, of course, it happens to be included in your package deal). The double-voltage hub is just fine and easy to hook up - HOWEVER, it has an "on/off" switch that, when hooked up to be the battery backup system for when power goes off in my home, it precludes (or, more simply put, it STOPS) the unit from *automatically* taking over and pumping power through my house. "Why is that?" you ask?? Well, I'm glad you asked... because you must leave the double-voltage hub in the "off" position or, it will be sending power to your automatic transfer switch and it will take over for the circuits you want it to "back up" in case of an outage. In other words, when power goes out, you must manually go and click the double-voltage to the "on" position for the power in the batteries to actually do what they're designed to do. I know, I know, it's not that big of a deal to walk into the garage and click the on/off switch. However, I snow-bird back and forth to Wisconsin from Florida and I didn't want anything manual to swap to the backup system. I wanted it to be *automatic* - and it's not. Beyond that, these units are awesome. I connect to them through blue-tooth on my phone and I can see any power coming into the unit, any power going out of the unit, the temperature, how long the unit will run until empty without recharging, and on and on... These are great units - they are just difficult to know what to buy and the on/off switch on the double-voltage hub is, in my humble opinion, a stupid feature. They should've had a "standby" feature that, when power was no longer in the main circuit panel, would automatically trip itself "on" and it would solve everything. That's the only reason I dropped it down to 4 stars... These are really great generators, overall.
