It came in a box, pretty small actually, and when you open it up it grows to full size almost immediately. I have a Travel Trailer (RV) that I sleep in about 20 nights a year. The mattress that came with it, is about 1 step above an Army cot. At first I did not mind so much, but after several years of use with uncomfortable nights and some back pain, I needed to do something different. But I still did not want to spend a ton of money. I had heard of these, but never actually used, but figured it was worth a gamble. In short, I am absolutely amazed! Delivered to my door. Very easy setup. The instructions say that this can take up to 72 hours to inflate. Mine took about 15 minutes. Not sure that is normal or not. Extremely comfortable. No more back pain. I got to tell ya, when it comes time to buy a new mattress for my house, I will definitely look at this over a store bought mattress.

Got this for a quick guest room solution. The price was right and it’s very comfortable. I wouldn’t like it as an every day mattress if two people were sleeping on it because it’s kind of plush and you’d sink toward each other, but for a single person to sleep on it’s nice.

I guess the price is what most people that bought this mattress were focused on. But I'll tell you, that it's not worth the money unless you're absolutely strapped for cash. I recommend spending more on a higher quality mattress. This mattress sinks terribly and is only good for one person, and perhaps a guest room where people won't sleep in it for more than a night or two. This mattress looks nice in pictures and in person, but is essentially a 2-inch foam on top of 8-10 inches of metal springs...when they say hybrid, they mean a small foam mat on top of all these metal springs. In my experience, the mattress has been an awful experience, there is no sitting up or on the edges of this bed, it just sinks. Since I got this, I wake up every single day without fail, with a sore back and need to spend at least 30 minutes stretching in order to find some relief. Sleeping in this mattress can described as an absolute nightmare for me, I'm used to high-quality mattresses and bought this in a rush to have something for an extended stay at my in laws. Not a good idea. Can't wait to get back to my $2,000 mattress. Remember, buy this only if 1) you're absolutely strapped for cash, 2) If only one person is going to sleep in it, or 3) if this is going into a guest room (not an everyday stay).
