    • Great product but arrived with missing parts
I purchased this item for my classroom and students love it! I purchased two so students would have more opportunities to interact with the item. While I love the item one set arrive and was missing the handheld screwdriver :(. I would love to know how to get this part replaced.

    • Hard to use
It's really hard to get the screws to go in. The plastic of the board bends and distorts when you try to use it, which must cross threads the screws. The drill has zero torque, so instead of being able to overcome this, it just clicks and stops spinning. We have another one of these drills with another set, so I know it's just that the drills are very low power, which is what you want with little kids. But the plastic of the board needs to be higher quality. We have the learning resources one too, and it works way better. However we like the bigger screws with this set. ... show more

The drill on our first set didn’t work but it was replaced quickly and easily, and our second one works perfectly! We actually got this for my 25 year old daughter to use for at home therapy after a thumb tendon transfer surgery. Purchased this for my 3 year old to learn how to screw bolts on to a surface. Although he is young, I figure it’s never too early on exposing them to screwing and unscrewing the bolts. They’re not heavy, nor is power drill. The item is durable. The drill only has one tip, but can switched to turn clockwise and counterclockwise. Overall, happy with the buy. ... show more
