I like to make my own soaps and I bought this because I like aloe. I mix this with tea tree essential oils and it makes a very nice smelling soap. It is easy to use - I just break it up in pieces then microwave it for a minute, take it out to stir it, then microwave it again. I keep doing this until is has completely melted. Then I add the tea tree oil, mix and pour into a mold. It makes a pretty aquamarine colored clear soap that isn't harsh on my skin. My nephew loved it so much that I had to buy more. I think it is good value for the money, too. I'm not sure it's moisturizing but it isn't drying, that's for sure. ... show more
