This is a fine cap with excellent construction. However, it definitely is NOT a one-size fits all cap. I have an average-sized head, and the cap fits over my head and almost over my ears. No amount of adjusting the tab in the back changed that configuration. So, definitely pay attention to the size recommendation from the seller and measure your fit before you order. Dummy me, I didn't.

The little adjustable piece in back makes it so that it’s not too big or small, and the color is nice and neutral too!
