Got this to add my MM3 tuner and ordered the banks pillar mount for my RAM 2500. The banks pillar mount leaves a lot to be desired but this piece worked as it should. Easy to install and holds the MM3 tuner great. It comes with an insert that slides into the back of the MM3 tuner and a few other tuners. I think it could be a little more solid. The plastic is a bit thin for this style mount so the tuner vibrates when driving but nothing to serious...just so you know. Didn't work with a quad pod pillar. Made a new arm that was longer and the rest of the comment were reused. Works great and im sure if I used it in the intended manner the original kit would have been great

    • perfect fit for my triple auto meter duramax gauge pod! execpt more work then wanted to do..
today i got my adapter and it worked good i just wish u could just pop it in and go but u gotta screw these 2 pieces together so they clamp together and hold it in the gauge pod and u gotta trim these parts so it fits flush in the hole also but i didnt i just clamped it down good. but other then that i works and looks great. better then the suction cup ... show more

It did take me about 15 minutes to install only because I had to Dremel down the grabber nubs to get it to actually line up. Other than that it’s just fine and a great fit. Very snug. It went in my single pillar pod on my 2009 3500 cummins. Smarty MM3 was a perfect fit.
