All I have to say is that this makes target acquisition easier, faster, and more comfortable (on your neck). Special Forces have been running similar type setups for years to make it easier to aim/shoot with Nods/Masks, but this benefits all shooters. It takes some adjustment to account for the increased height over bore, but it's so worth the change. Instead of bending your neck into the gun, the optic just comes right up to your face. Delivery was late - Came a day later but I was planning to use it on scheduled date. Then it arrived without ANY hardware - no pin, no quick release, just wrapped poorly in brown paper.

Product is authentic and as advertised. Shipping was relatively fast. As far as optic risers go its a little expensive, but you definitely see the quality. Unity Tactical makes one very soild optic mount.
