This blazer is light, comfortable and built for traveling with all those secure zip pockets (perfect for some parts of Europe if you get what I mean....). If you're looking for something casual to pair with some jeans and a t-shirt while you travel, this will definitely fit what you're looking for. Fit-wise, I'm a Medium and the 40 fits me just good. A little bit of stretch and room for me to move around with luggage, but not too loose that I look goofy. I read one reviewer claims that the design is weird with extra button near the lapel neck. However, this reviewer must had never worn a trench-coat. This design for extra windy or rainy conditions so you can flip the lapel and button up around the neck to wear it like a coat. I found this design a pretty nice plus for the Ultimate Voyager Travel Blazer because you'll never know what kind of weather you'll run into traveling. However, if you're looking to buy this to pack one less blazer for clubbing or a business trip, don't get this. This Ultimate Voyager Travel Blazer is not built for that. The comfortable material is wrinkly and doesn't hold the shape that you want for a formal fitted blazer or suit jacket. As for the pricing, I agree that the pricing $140+ is a little steep. However, if you can get it on sale for $70~ or so, I would say it is a fair deal. I highly recommend that if you're interested to buy it from Amazon due to their easy exchange and return policy compared to Eddie Bauer.

As I think other reviewers have noted, the sizing on this blazer was totally bizarre -- I'm 6 feet tall, 210 pounds, fairly broad-shouldered, and ordered a 46 regular. Fit was great in the shoulders and across the back, but length was about 2 inches shorter than it should have been (by common standards of where a blazer should fall, although I would say that it looks too short on the models as well); sleeves were 2-3 inches longer than they should have been (my 34" dress shirt sleeves didn't even peek out, and when I tried to pull them down a bit the sleeve lining became exposed); and when the jacket was buttoned, it was a bit snug (I'll take partial blame for that). Fabric looked OK, although was a bit warm when tried on with a short-sleeved shirt; front buttons had about an inch of thread exposed and felt like they were about to come off. I could have lived with the yellow trim on the inside pockets (what were they thinking?), but the unzippered inside pocket was so small I would have been afraid to put anything valuable in it, and the bottom left-center inside pocket was so awkwardly placed I couldn't really access it without using two hands. The false front pocket and eyeglass pocket lent an air of cheapness; the zippered hand pocket on the outside rendered the jacket unsuitable for anything beyond casual wear (for me at least). Navy color was surprisingly good for this price point. The sale price seemed great, but even at a lower price this jacket had too many faults to make worth keeping.

Not as many pockets as I was hoping and the available pockets are definitely on the smaller side! I'm disappointed. I may not even use the jacket on the trip I bought it for...... Others mentioned the wrinkles - yes, it's got some stubborn wrinkles but I don't think they're a show stopper. The material is purely synthetic but looks and feels ok. I should've paid more for a really good travel jacket made from natural fiber.

Eddie Bauer has some good products. This isn't on of the. Right out of the package, this wrinkle resistant coat was wrinkled. Shaking it out and letting it hang did nothing. Worse than that was the cut. Im a 38 off the rack. This was tight in the chest yet the sleeves were way too long.

This is my go to airplane jacket. It is definitely well suited for the many items one finds themselves carrying on a plane. The jacket adds peace of mind with the hidden cash pocket inside. No other jacket I have found is as organizational, versatile, and travel ready.
