After only a handful of wears, the zipper is no longer staying zipped. When zipped up, it unzips from the bottom. I reported it defective through the Amazon app and they already have a replacement on the way so A+ for customer service and I’m hopeful this was just a one-time defect because otherwise the coat is great for my daughter for school drop-off and pickup where she doesn’t need a big thick coat. ... show more

This jacket is cute but it’s very thing and it stinks like it was in storage for a long time. Hopefully the smell goes away after a couple washes or I will be sending back for a refund.
