The item seems to have been in storage for a very long time before I received it, or at least I would hope so after receiving such a poor quality item. It seems to have been put together before obviously, but very brutally as it has lots of big dents, stresses, and broken finish on the metal where the screws go. Yes I said tested before, however it came with very rusty parts and screws, and exposed metal where it was sealed before. It was even somewhat unbuildable in some ways due to the condensed, and overcomplicated instructions, mislabeled part bags, broken screws, and metal scrap pieces in the predrilled assembly holes, making it impossible to fully assemble without redrilling them out. This seller is brand new in selling this product here, but shouldn't be allowed to do so anymore with this kind of product quality, disgusting!!! ... show more

Loved the look of the desk and when unboxing was beyond happy with it! HOWEVER putting this together has been HORRIBLE!!!! Directions weren’t very clear and then the TOP BOARDS…..well let’s just say 3 of 8 screws fit because the pre-drilled holes DO NOT line up!!! I thought I put the bottom together wrong but NO it just doesn’t align! I’m VERY disappointed!!! Now it is going to have to work until I buy ANOTHER desk! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!! ... show more

If you can do basic critical thinking, I know this won't be any problem to assemble. It comes with an Allen wrench, but it's kind of weak (Good thing I have a strong one!). Use the instruction manual and you'll be just fine. Line the real product up exactly how you see in the pictures and you won't have any problem at all! Make sure you're using the correct screws at every turn cause I got confident (Arrogant) and thought I knew it all, but used the wrong sized screw to fasten the metal frame to the wooden top. Started cracking (Just like the instructions said it would, lol) and I immediately stopped the operation! Not too bad, my junk is covering most of the splinters anyways. Use your head, go slow, use the correct screws, and you'll have a great looking desk that will last many years! ... show more

Desk is as pictured. Assembly isn't hard but extremely frustrating. Directions were in broken English and not very clear, not all the parts were labeled. Took a couple tries to get everything in the right place. I wouldn't buy again just because of that. Its sturdy but I still support it against a wall to make sure. The metal frame and legs is kind if flimsy and bends easily. So far its been a good affordable home office desk. ... show more

This desk came in the worst condition I have ever received a package from Amazon. The desk itself is a complete waste of money the legs came bent and almost broke as I had to bend them back into place the picture is after fixing the legs. The placement holes and the frame do not line up at all over half the screws are not usable due to misalignment... the sturdiness of the desk is null due once again to the misalignment not to mention every bag of screws and parts were all marked wrong along assembly not only impossible but very time consuming all in all do not buy this expensive hunk of junk go buy a better one al Walmart for literally half the price ... show more

This was a discounted item on Prime Day. The desk is "serviceable." Not very sturdy. I bought both a 47" and longer one and both had mislabeled screws, multiple stickers on each bag. If you plan on moving and taking the desk with you, it's not going to travel well. Pay a few extra bucks and I'm sure you will make a better choice. ... show more

This a great computer desk that is the ideal size for a small/medium room. The directions on how to assemble the desk are just simple basic drawings that could use some more details to make it easier to follow. I recommend when you assemble it to only tighten he hardware to the point that the are just starting to tighten down and the once you have it assembled go through and tighten down all the hardware fully. ... show more
