  • BlessReach knee scooters are an actual blessing.
Color: Blue
I purchased this BlessReach knee scooter due to a two month recovery from a foot surgery I recently had. I am an active person who rides bikes every day and the lack of mobility and inability to take care of myself from being unable to walk was making me a little crazy. I was a little hesitant about the materials due to the price, however after putting it together all of my doubts left. I am a skilled bicycle mechanic who has worked in the bicycle industry, so I know this kind of stuff very well. For $100, I am actually shocked at the quality. It is very easy to put together and very sturdy. It is not high end but it is perfectly serviceable. I am 6'2" and 240lbs and it holds me just fine. The way the headset is notched provides exceptional stability. They wheels turn just enough to allow for a decent turning radius and not enough to where you have to worry about it tilting over. I pulled a bicycle handlebar "feed bag" off of a bike in my garage and attached it to it as well. This allows me to carry my water bottle around the house and I am able to fit my laptop and books in the front bag. The front bag side pockets are rather small so you might want to check this hack out with a cheap bag. Thanks to this cart I am able to get myself outside with food and my computer without help from my spouse. This is such a blessing to be able to take care of myself for the most part. It's also super fun to scoot around the house! I am so grateful for this scooter that I wanted to write a review. If you had foot surgery or whatever do yourself a favor and buy one now! It is wonderful and worth the reasonable price. What a major quality of life improvement over crutches! ... show more

  • 9.7/10

This scooter has saved my life since I fractured my foot. I took it to a festival and it survived all 6 days. Cracks can be deadly! I definitely don’t recommend this on sand or dirt unless it compact. I had an event at the beach, and cancelled because this wouldn’t have made it. It’s nice to use, but it’s really squeaky which is annoying. And one of the bolts that hold the bag on fell off randomly and now I have to try and find one to replace it. They should give you two extra pieces incase this happens. I like the adjustable seat. Good value for my money. Much easier than my crutches ... show more

  • Good scooter would recommend
Color: Blue
Received timely. Easy to assemble. Works as described. I love the pouch to carry things. Makes mobility easy when not able to weight bear on foot/ankle. Love that the breaks can be locked. Radius to turn kind of large, however, smaller radius would make a scooter less stable and prone to tip/falls. Consequently works well. Cushion on seat is comfortable. The seat does loosen a bit after use, so will need to adjust tighter after a bit, which is easily done and not really a problem. The handlebar felt a bit shaky at first, but it does what it is supposed to, I guess I expected it to not wiggle at all. These two reasons is why I gave it a four star. I have been mainly using at home. I have only taken it out twice for Doctor appointments and had no issues at all. The only other issue if you can call if that, is I love the cushion and that it is easy to wipe down for any reason, however in the heat one sweats and then it is slippery. Consequently I would recommend a cover for it if one uses it in hot climates. I am not getting one though, despite living in the south, as I have AC and don’t plan to use outside much. I have been using if for three weeks so far. I would recommend and purchase again. ... show more

  • Sturdy and very handy scooter.
Color: Blue
This scooter was a great purchase. I can get around easily without help. The knee pad is very comfortable and the bag on front is very handy. My phone fits perfectly in the side pockets. Very sturdy and although I noted the wide turning radius, I can see that it would be more likely to tip if it was any tighter. I would recommend this scooter to anyone that asked. ... show more

  • Scooter works well for older, overweight woman
Color: Blue
Day 2, so far so good. The assembly instructions need improvement, clarity on pieces and attachment is poor but I still was able to get it done and it's sturdy. I'm a senior woman of average height and moderately overweight and the scooter proportions are fine. The tote bag is a bit small, a standard sized clipboard only fits in diagonally. Goes over thresholds well, rolls well, even in gravel. I have hit and run over the good foot a few times with the back wheels. After a long roll through a parking lot the thigh muscles of the bad leg are a bit sore. I would recommend that you have some pain relieving cream for the knee on the bad leg, it just gets sore having weight on it. I was able to fairly easily lift the scooter into the back seat of my truck for easy access. ... show more

  • Be aware of land surface (bumps, cracks, & rocks are extremely hazardous due to wheel size & type.
Color: Blue
Arrived tightly packed. Easy to put together with easy to follow instructions. Below is a list of pro’s & con’s, I feel are important for safety and performance. PRO’S! 1- Solid material with what appears to be a heavy & solid frame. 2- The seat is actually comfortable with no sign of degrading over time. 3- Designed with comfort and fantastic color options. I personally chose the blue, orange, and white model. CON’S! 1- The handle bar is not as sturdy as it should be. I have tried everything from reassembling to tightening as tight as humanly possible. So expect to have a shaky steering bar. 2- The breaking design could be way better. The brakes work, but they require a full force grip to where the lever meets the handles. 3- The biggest con of all is the provided wheels. They are smaller and definitely NOT all terrain. The slightest crack, bump, rock, etc.. can flip you over the handle bars or if you’re lucky, just make you stuck to where you have to lift the scooter to a flatter surface. Other than the few things I mentioned above, the scooter is a decent product for the money, but can use a few modifications like bigger-more meatier all terrain tires and a more solid handle bar adjustment. Best of luck and get well soon. ... show more
