Fit and finish feels very strong and durable, the latches feel great new, hopefully they last a long time. Everything else feels like it will hold up +10years. Will update later with a real test of ice retention. Only made a quick test at home by adding Ice packs and beer bottles. Kept ice cold for 12 hrs with out opening. Ice packs were still frozen solid. Should at least last 2 days with ice in my opinion, which is what I bought it for, it is small enough to bring beverages and food for 2 day trip at maximum. hope this helps.

Very stiff to rotate the handle from the "down" to the"up"position and visa versa. Requires 2 hands: one to hold the cooler and the other to rotate the handle.

I rarely write a review. But the claims made by the manufacturer are very misleading, i placed cold drinks and filled with ice and it only lasted 2 days inside my garage out of the sun. Definitely not impressed with that point.

So cute! I love the size, the color, bottle opener, and handle. It’s sturdy and functional. It is advertised as keeping ice cold for days - not true. Took it camping and ice melted same day, next day? But the water stayed cold. So you’re definitely paying for the cuteness.

I work outdoors and sometimes have to place my cooler in the back of my work pickup truck. This cooler stays really cold with just using freezer packs! When I get home, the packs have barely thawed. The cooler is tough enough to handle the abuse it gets in the back of the truck too. Perfect size for my lunch, some snacks, cold canned soda and ice packs. These rotomolded coolers are fantastic. I own two different sized ones now and I won’t go back to the cheaper ones.

I ordered this cooler for review, and compared it to my friend's top of the line cooler (the brand starts with a Y) and also my old smaller Coleman cooler. The cooler has a really solid build, a very strong handle which securely folds down, strong rubber latches on the lid, and a built-in bottle cap opener on one corner. It is just very strongly built all around. Heavy too. To test it I froze two big cups of water, about half a liter each and placed them inside at 12:45pm, locked the lid and placed them in my car on a fairly hot day (92 degrees or so) and left it there the rest of the day. You can see this in the first photo. At 10:26 that night, after the car had cooled down, I checked it again (still in the car) and there was still a good portion of the ice still floating in the water. This was more or less what I expected after 10 hours in a hot car. I brought the cooler inside the house for the night. The next morning at 11:13am I again checked it and there was only cold water, no ice. This is certainly better performance than what I usually get from my old Coleman cooler, but not nearly what my friends cooler can do. I'm not saying this is a bad cooler, it's really good, but for the price and the weight I expected better performance. I give it 4 starts based on the build quality and good performace. I only took away one star because at this price I feel it should have better performance.
