Overall well designed and water tight. But they run very large. I am in most brands a 10.5(Adidas, Nike, Vans) so I ordered the 10-10.5 and they were huge. I then ordered the 9-9.5 and still too large. Unfortunately they are out of the 8-8.5. But they are wildy oversized.

Nice looking boots but sizing was way off for me. I normally wear an 11 in US sizes but needed to go down not one but two sizes to fit. Sole is not leather but a plastic/rubber material. Eventually returned and got a pair of Fryes.

Particularly for those whose right foot is bigger than left foot, or vice versa, you may need to order one size smaller. If u do so, you might need to get rid of the removable liners. I know Ecco is the worst in sizing.

I have 4 pairs of similar boots from Ecco. The best and most long-lasting have been made in Portugal. They are more expensive by $50+ but well worth it. These fit well, are substantially made of quality materials, and exactly what I hoped they would be, and they're made in Portugal. Avoid the cheaper similar Ecco styles (dare I say made in China?), because you will, for sure, get what you pay for... ... show more
