At first, I was frustrated because I couldn’t get these lithium AA batteries to charge in any of the three AA battery chargers I have at home, including an EBL brand charger I usually rely on. I did some digging and learned that these lithium AA batteries are actually 1.5V, while traditional AA rechargeable batteries are only 1.2V. That small voltage difference explained everything—why they wouldn’t charge and also why my Blink camera system specifically recommends using lithium batteries! I picked these up mainly for my Blink cameras since constantly replacing disposable AA lithium batteries had become way too expensive. Once I understood the voltage difference, I realized I just needed a lithium-specific charger. I found one on Amazon for around $8, and it even came with another four lithium batteries. It was a small extra cost, but totally worth it for the long-term savings. With the right charger, these batteries charged up without any issues. I popped them into my Blink cameras, and they’ve been working flawlessly ever since. It’s great peace of mind to know that I have reliable, rechargeable power for my cameras, especially since we rely on them for security around our home. I’ve used other rechargeable batteries from this brand for years in various household devices, and they’re still going strong. That gave me a lot of confidence in picking up these lithium AAs, and so far they’ve lived up to that trust. They seem well-made and perform exactly as promised. It’s too early for me to comment on how many charge cycles I’ll get out of these or their ultimate lifespan, but everything looks promising. If you’re using Blink cameras or any device that needs a bit more juice than standard AA rechargeable batteries, I’d definitely recommend these. Just be sure to pick up a lithium-specific charger to get the most out of them!

I already had some Li-ion AA batteries and decided to get more. Found these at a good price and sadly could not find an EBL Li-ion battery charger for them on Amazon which of course they recommend. I got them anyway since I already had a charger and even though a different brand the technology is the same and it works great with this set of batteries too. Just remember airlines do not like spare Li-ion batteries in the check bags. So I take alkalines when I travel with spares Since flash lights are part of my job kit. Of course now a few weeks after first ordering them, I did find a Li-ion EBL charger on Amazon but not through a search for it.

I acquired this set of AA rechargeables to continue my transition from consumable batteries. This 8 EBL Li-ion AA battery set is a good deal and will allow me to use some of my high-use devices for extended periods. Unlike most AA batteries, the EBL AAs come in a nice plastic storage case with a lid. I charged them using a separate four-bay charger specific for Li-ion batteries. I tried the EBL batteries in a high-draw camera because they power the zoom lens, and the camera performed well for many shots while using the zoom. In an LED flashlight requiring one AA, I found that the EBL Li-ion batteries gave a brighter and larger spot on a wall than when using a new NiMH AA. Similarly, a decorative LED light string on for several hours every evening has brighter lights than when using NiMH batteries.

The product came in great condition; the batteries are packaged inside a plastic container. So far, I've used up one battery, which worked well without an issue. It did die really fast, but that was probably because I used it for a portable air pump that was left on for 24+ hours. Those things drain batteries really fast. I haven't charged them yet to see how fast and well they hold up the charge for.

These are a decent set of batteries for the price. They are lithium ion and not Nimh, so they will put out the full 1.5V. After putting these in another li-ion charger and fully charging, the voltage on my meter read just a little above 1.7V. This is a little higher than what I was expecting, but still within tolerance of what is expected. Anything less than 1.8V is fine based on the measurements from popular big name brands... Unfortunately, however, the voltage was not steady. While measuring, the voltage was continuously bouncing around. This gives me concern a steady voltage would not be supplied to highly sensitive electronics, though I don't really have any concerns using this with my blink cameras. Fair set of batteries. Wish the voltage was a little more stable.
