Update: I have to give this company's CUSTOMER SERVICE 5 stars. Andy reached out after a mediocre experience and decided to send an *Upgrade that would satisfy my needs, the EB500! This one does seem to have the 300wh runtime to satisfactorily run my fridge. The wireless phone charger DOES work well (with no cellphone cover). Unfortunately, though, my 60w solar panel isn't compatible but it seems the solar port is working.. Still, because of the slow charge time, it will be a nice, dependable *backup for my 1000wh power station! Thanks Andy. ------------ After a couple of months of intermittent use, i like it! It has impressive features, like the wireless phone charger (doesn't work through my phone case), solar recharging port (doesn't work with my 100w solar panel), car lighter charger and AC charging ports that take looong hours to charge up the 300w station that's supposed to last 280wh of usage.. and of which actually only lasts half that, more like 140wh to my surprise. Honestly, i am impressed by all the functionality intended that ALMOST works. I knew i was taking a risk by dropping the $110 for a cheapo, but when i got it, I found it durable, encased in some strong abs plastic, has pretty solid construction, has many charging ports and good peak wattage, as it runs my 12v fridge without a hiccup. The problem is that, in the end, i can't really rely upon it, not for its run time, not for its recharge time and capability. Still i feel that it was a solid try!

Great product! The battery lasted two full days while camping without needing a recharge. The handle made it easy to carry, and everything worked as expected. I also liked that each charging port has its own power button, which helps conserve battery life.

This may have a power surge of up to 1000w, but that surge lasts only a few seconds. If you need to continuously run anything that needs more than 500w this is not the item that you are looking for.

Very disappointed. I've had this unit for less than 2 days. First, the delivery process was awful. It took 10 full days and 3 blown delivery dates to get it (it was shipped via FedEx, not Amazon). I followed instructions and charged the unit to 100% before doing anything with it. I then tested various lights and appliances to see what it would run, and things looked good. That is, until I tested it on a simple pedestal fan. At that time, the charge level was 80%, and the fan worked and was drawing only 28w. Then there was a "click" sound, and the power bank went 'black'. I couldn't get it to restart. I plugged in the charger, and it lit up and showed that it somehow had plummeted from 80% to 0% charge in minutes! After 25 minutes of charging, it still showed 0% charge, so I knew it had bricked. And by the way, pass-through charging also didn't work while attempting to charge. I'm torn at this point, but I guess I'll ask for a replacement rather than a refund. I don't like that it takes up to 8 (!) hours to fully recharge on AC, when similar units can do it in a couple hours. And the display is poor - you have to get right in front of it to read the overlapping LCD characters while the backlight is (briefly) on. But it does have some desirable features and the price I paid is reasonable - although that price has now gone up. My advice? Be sure you buy from a source that allows for a refund or replacement. Use a credit card that allows you to contest a charge if necessary. And be patient on shipping time. Sorry, but I'm giving this power bank 1 star for now. Hopefully the replacement will be better. **UPDATE** I was very harsh in my original review, because I was disappointed and thought I had limited recourse, since the item is shown as "non-returnable". I'm happy to say both Amazon and the Seller stepped up and have made good on the defective power station. Both were very helpful and responsive, and I have to give extra props to the Seller, who contacted me and has shipped me a replacement station at no charge. In short, ANY product can be defective, even when brand new, and when that happens, it's gratifying that both Amazon and the Seller make sure we buyers are satisfied. We know we can buy with confidence through Amazon, but I'll add that this Seller goes above and beyond. I'll still deduct one star for the power station itself being bad, but a full 4 stars for the response from Amazon and this Seller.

Initial thoughts: I purchase this for emergency’s, power outages, and camping. Did not know I would need a cpap, but I am glad I have this machine. The good: Charges great between wall power and 100 watt solar panels. Will keep my phone charged too while camping. The cpap runs for at least 2 nights without a recharge. The bad: Wireless cellphone charger waste a lot of energy, being a cord and save your battery. Final say: It works great and does what it says it will do, but I suggest you do not use wireless phone charger.
