My wife absolutely HATEs needles! Why? The phlebotomist tech always has issues finding a "working vein". She's known as a "hard stick" & unfortunately after countless bad experiences has developed a phobia. She now has cancer so these doctor visits are more frequent. I researched this for her since I HATE seeing her in pain. She tried it & said it worked great! No pain! It will make her future doctor visits less traumatic, & we are both pleased! She put the cream on thickly- like frosting a cake-as a couple reviewers had suggested...then wrapped the areas with saran wrap about 30 min before her appt. I applied the cream the the area where the tattoo would be 1 hour before my tattoo appointment then wrapped it in Saran Wrap. Barely felt anything during the 2 and a half hour session. Would highly recommend.

I had a 2.5 hour session and didn’t feel a thing over that 2.5 hours. I actually fell asleep for 30 minutes during the inking. Now that’s awesome! This was just line work, so we’ll see if it works as well when I have the coloring and shading done. I did try another brand previously and that one lasted close to an hour for me. I imagine each numbing product works differently for each person. This one is definitely better for me!

I have found Libocaine Topical Numbing Cream effective for lowering a chronic pain I have suffered for many years. As a teenager I was in a motorcycle accident that broke my left leg. As a result I developed a great deal of pain, the worse in my foot. The pain, at gimes, is bad enough to wake me up at night - robbing me of essential sleep. Over the years (I am now almost 71 years old) I have tried many product to disappointing results. A few months ago my pain specialist MD (treating me for pain is a different Part of my body) suggested I augment the opoids I was using with a topical. I purchased Libocaine Topical Numbing Cream from Amazon. At first I only used it on the portions of my body the doctor was tending, but one night I was dealing with an exceptionally bit of pain in my foor. I applied the cream to my foot and was rewarded with a great deal of relief. I now use Libocaine Topical Numbing Cream on all three serious pain issues I am dealing with as a secondary/tertiary medication. It is not a “silver bullet” but it does help. Sometimes it helps a lot. Give it a try. I recomend it.

I bought this after reading the reviews it would help for my first Brazilian Waxing. I followed the previous recommendations and applied it 40 minutes prior and reapplied a 2nd coat 15 minutes prior to leaving. I then washed it off and was at the center within 10 minutes. The waxing was basically pain free, a slight bit of discomfort at best. I am so pleased I decided to buy this product.

This stuff really does work, you just have to use it the right way. There’s a process and I don’t think people understand that. I have plenty of other tattoos and I’ve sat through the pain but it’s just annoying. I’ve had the experience, I just want the art on my body. People will call you a wimp for using it but no, it’s smart. The longer you can sit, it cuts down on sessions and the less it will cost in the long run. This was only my first session for this leg sleeve (legging? pant? whichever), and I lasted 6.5 hours. My second session won’t be as long. It was at about 3 hours in I started to feel it. Even then, it wasn’t terrible. It probably would’ve lasted longer if my appointment had started on time. It took a while getting the stencil lined up just right. I can’t wait to go back for the second session and complete the piece. So, here’s the process: Step 1) at least 3 hours before your tattoo, apply a liberal amount to the area being tattooed and the area surrounding it. DO NOT RUB IT IN. Step 2) wrap said area in plastic wrap and leave it on for an hour. Step 3) after one hour, unwrap and apply more. Again, do not rub it in. Wrap it back up with plastic wrap. Leave it for another hour. Step 4) right before your appointment, take off the plastic wrap and rub in the remainder of the cream. They will clean your skin before you get tattooed so don’t worry about the white residue. The longer you have it on, the longer you will remain numb. Happy tatting✌🏻

The product did exactly what I wanted; it served as a numbing cream for a tattoo. I applied it generously 2.5 hours prior & wrapped the area with Seran wrap. Ensure that you put thick layers of the cream and do not rub it in or massage it in. Then apply the plastic cling wrap for coverage. I did not say ouch once. And I was able to sit so well that my tattoo finished much earlier than anticipated. If the product is used appropriately, and as instructed, you should be fine.

How I use Ebanel's numbing cream ⚀ Gently exfoliate & thoroughly cleanse skin w/hypoallergenic soap prior to application ⚀ Apply an even, somewhat thick layer ⚀ Loosely cover w/ plastic wrap ⚀ Let cream sit, undisturbed, for 45 to 90 minutes (probably only 45 to 60 for procedures not breaking the skin) ⚀ Gently wipe off with cool, wet rag before procedure ⚀ Read & heed the product's directions & precautions - the above are simply my suggestions based off of my own experiences & successful results.
