This is the fourth or fifth air compressor we've owned to aerate our pond. It is by far the loudest and runs the hottest of any we've had. It runs so hot I contacted the company with my concern. Their only reply was that their pumps run hot, but will kick off if it overheats. Compressors are expensive, and I am concerned about the longevity of this model.
