I used the try before you buy option. This is a great Amazon feature. The exterior is soft. There is cushion and support. These are great for medium width feet. I am a true size 7, so these fit great. May try 1/2 larger to see if there is more room all around. The shoe is snug all around, and I feel there would be a blister if worn for a period of time. Since I would not wear hose with these shoes, the snug fit would likely cause the shoes to be uncomfortable.

When I needed lower heeled navy shoes for Easter and an outdoor wedding, and I never imagined it would be so difficult to find. The 2” stacked heel is perfect for walking in grass while giving a little bit of height. The navy is light enough to not be mistaken for black. I would have preferred a smooth leather to suede but this is what I could find that ticked all the other boxes. I would have preferred a true buckle over Velcro but if I need to wear these more often I might see if the cobbler can change it.

I like the stylish look of these even better than expected. I was afraid they might look a little old-lady-ish, but not at all. For size, I sometimes wear 9 1/2 and sometimes 10. I have a narrow heel so need a strap to hold shoes in place, but think the front of my foot is medium width. Sometimes 9 1/2 is too short, but often a 10 is slightly large and slips. I ordered this in 9 1/2 M. The length is okay, but it is a little tight on the sides of the toes, but it may stretch out. So I am ordering a 10 to see if it is better. They are less comfortable than I anticipated for Easy Spirit; and don't have a cushy footbed. It felt hard under the ball of my foot, so if I order larger size, I might be able to put an insert under the ball of my foot to make them more comfortable for when I need to stand for a few hours. They are 'okay' but I think would be uncomfortable after 3-4 hours standing. Since I have a desk job at work, and usually don't have to stand for more than an hour, they will be fine for that, and at the same time I think dressy enough for a wedding or party. UPDATE: I have been wearing these almost daily for 6 months. Very comfortable, many compliments. The heel has now worn through and I hate to buy a new pair already, but I really like them, they are sturdy, fashionable, so I guess I'll have to buy a new pair - I wish they lasted a little longer though. Uppers still look good.

I now own two pairs of these in different colors. I got the first one in Macy's, where they only had one color. I love the comfort of a 2” heel, lightweight and elegant toe area with toes being closed but plenty of breathability due to perforation. I only wish the navy color was lighter as pictured. It's actually dark navy, almost black. Great summer shoes overall

I loved these shoes and wore them several times a week. But I stepped on something and got a hole in the heel and it ruined the shoe. The way the heel is designed makes it so I can’t wear them anymore because it is almost like the heel has become soft and collapses when I walk.

I bought three pairs of shoes to wear with a high-low dress for a wedding, and of the three, these were the most comfortable. The footbed is soft, the (faux?) leather isn't stiff, the heel cup is comfortable and the wider heel is easy to walk around it. Sadly, I returned them because the heel wasn't high enough for the dress, but if I thought there was a chance I could wear them some other time I would have kept them. As it is, I work from home, live on a cattle ranch, and "going out" means a trip to the grocery store...
