These covers are the worst! For one they don’t stay in place as soon as you sit down on them they pull out. The lining on the back of the covers make it slide and not stay put. As far as them being waterproof that’s about all that this cover does. Trying to clean them off with a vacuum is frustrating because the cover holds on to hair and lint. Love these slipcovers, we have a 19 year old cat that occasionally has trouble controlling her bladder for the last 2 years. Well after numerous slipcovers not being water proof and having to get rid of the furniture (very costly) our new covers have solved the issue. No more leaking slipcovers, no more throwing away furniture. Finally we can stop fretting about her accidents and just love and enjoy our senior cat. I bought this slipcover because my dog can saturate furniture with her licking. I tried 2 others from another retailer before purchasing this one, neither of which fit well at all, and were returned. This slipcover is easy to put on, stays on nicely, and is indeed waterproof. It's a soft material and looks great on my loveseat. A little tucking here and there from time to time but thatto be expected from a slipcover. Great quality. Highly recommend ... show more

This cover is everything it is advertised to be. I have not had to was it yet, but it went on easily, and most importantly, it stayed on. Completely covered the loveseat, it feels and looks nice and water does not soak through it! I bought because I was tired of the plastic cover sliding off. I have cats, and they throw up on my couch regularly so I have to have something waterproof. PROS: Fits a bit better than our older tie on cover. Nice hand feel to it. Have not tested but it seems like it is indeed water resistant. CONS: Fitting and tucking was a bit of a challenge. (could vary for different couch shapes). Once it is set, I found I needed to synch some of the slack in the back of the couch. Also once set, the cover tends to pull out of the creases where tucked when you sit on it. Maybe some rubberized backing on the seam areas (on the back) could prevent this. ... show more

I love it. It's thick, soft, and so warm. The color is a perfect dark gray. I didn't use the foam holders because my dogs will try to move the top cushions of the couch like always, which is why I got this kind of cover. It's like a big fitted sheet but better. It held up great when my 100lb pit mix tried to move the cushions to where he wanted them. My loveseat is one of the cheaper ones from Amazon as well so it's very small and the cover is large on it but I personally like the play it has so that when my 4 dogs jump on and off, scratch at it to move cushions, or just general roughhouse, it doesn't pull off the couch like my regular cover would. Definitely a 5 star review and will buy again for my normal sized couch when I finally get one! ... show more

This product was NOT waterproof. My autistic son wears diapers and wet right through this cover and through to the couch cushions. When we tried to wash the cover in the washing machine according to the directions, it was quite apparent that it was going to take a long time to hang dry. It took two full days. It’s not worth the money, I have tried adding a layer of scotch guard water barrier spray, but that only made a small improvement the next accident my son had. ... show more
