Pros: This waterproof couch cover is absolutely 100% waterproof. Not a single drop will leak through onto your actual couch. The colors are nice and rich, although they do fade ever-so-slightly with the first wash. It is about as easy to install as any other one-piece couch cover, but due to the waterproof lining, it is significantly heavier. The texture of the fabric is a bit rough, but it's also very tough, which is perfect to protect my furniture from our rambunctious, large breed dogs. Their scent also washes right out, so no concerns about the house smelling "doggy" over time. Cons: NOT DRYER SAFE. The heat of a dryer, even on low, WILL melt the waterproofing. It MUST be air-dried and it is HEAVY when wet. Like....incomprehensibly heavy. It is also so incredibly waterproof that it needs to be wrung out and laid to dry in a position where water cannot pool ANYWHERE (or you'll have to reposition it many times as it dries). I use an industrial carpet dryer fan to speed up the process and its absolutely worth it for my household full of dogs, but it may be more than parents with a household full of kids want to tolerate. ... show more

The fabric is nice and thick, it’s a nice quality and it has a waterproof backing but it does not have a plastic feeling to it. In our situation, the cover was too large for our chair, our chair was within the measurement boundaries.. but when put on the chair it was very baggie and large. The material is thick and really couldn’t be tucked in as much as needed. I have to return but if you have a chair on the large side of the measurements, this would be great. ... show more

I have 1 big pitbull and 3 large house cats. All love our couch. We don't like telling the animals they can't sit on the couch so we bought this sofa cover. It works amazing! No stains get on it. No animal cat gets placed on it. Takes all of 2 hours to clean and place back on the couch. I love it! Will be buying another one shortly! ... show more

Cat peed on it while I was at work and not a drop soaked in! The waterproof backing is much better than all other brands I've tried. My couch is 80" wide and I can't get the extra arm area to tuck in with the provided foam so the fit is just a little off, but otherwise it's great!

I thankfully haven’t had any big spills or messes to test out this product. One of my pets did have a little incontinence on the couch, and it seemed to soak into the product, but I couldn’t tell if it’s soaked through. I think it’s probably not the best, but is serving our needs right now.

I needed a 100% waterproof covering for a couch that my cats tend to be naughty on. In this situation, “water-resistant” wasn’t going to be enough. This cover is DEFINITELY completely waterproof!! It’s already saved my couch 3 times — which means it’s also been through the washer 3 times, & it’s still like new. I washed it with warm water but avoided the dryer — I hung it up to air dry instead. (I kept needing to rotate the cover while it was drying, because it’s SO waterproof that water from the washing machine pooled in the corners! :-) I do have to mention that it’s not a great fit for my couch, even though I measured everything precisely; but I also think it’s impossible to get a perfect fit unless you have a cover custom-made, so this wasn’t a surprise. The cover comes with plastic-covered foam tubes to keep the cover tucked into your couch, but they pop right out as soon as someone sits on the couch (see photo), so I quit using them. I just try to tuck in extra fabric where I can & secure it under the couch legs. Personally, I don’t mind if the cover looks a bit saggy; it does what it’s supposed to, which is to keep cat-generated liquids from ruining my couch!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. To put this couch cover on is definitely a hassle. It took me about 20 minutes and it’s still not perfect. I had no more energy to fix the bottom of the couch cover. I know you can see the white out of my couch, but I will fix it later, as it does have a lot of extra coverage, I am clearly not using. You can see from the back of the couch, there is still coverage to be used from the couch cover. This is a three seater couch that I believe to be average size 👍🏾 as for the two seater, I ordered it fits as well. I did, however take less time to do it because I had a little experience from doing the three seater. I also aligned the couch cover differently, so it covers the full bottom of my couch. ... show more
