It seems like a nice unit, I liked the fact that the manufacturer has a 5 year warranty, makes me think the have faith in their product! Assembly was a breeze, currently here in northern New Hampshire our ground is still frozen solid so I'm hoping it will preform well when the ground thaws! I watched the short videos that customers sent in and one gentlemen said it came with a plastic mixing bottle for the gas and oil and it also came with an additional pull starter assembly, this was not the case, not sure if maybe the earlier models came packed with these items? ... show more

The one pull start up is impressive! Quality seems there with no difficulty assembling. Works the ground well for its size. Don’t try to compare this to some of the larger tillers it is smaller but VERY impressive! Takes a little longer to till some dryer soils but slightly dampened soil tills fairly easily. I’ve used some larger tillers and was actually looking for something larger however upon watching some of the YouTube reviews of the tiller and given the smaller size area I had to till I thought why not I’ll try it. Extremely glad I did. Not only did I save money I also attained an awesome lil tiller. Being patient and allowing this lil tiller to do its job at the impressive pace it can handle is all you need for this fantastic tiller. Already had the talk with the wife and we both agree we would buy it again!👍🏼 If you have a smaller garden and are short on time this lil tiller is for you. If you have a larger garden within reason and have patience then this little tiller is also for you as well. If I were retired I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this to till a 20’ X 20’ garden. It was capable of tilling where a 15 foot diameter pool sat all season and only took me one hour to till. FYI the ground was not turned by shovel what so ever. This review was based on the job it did for me that day and I do intend on putting in the 20’ X 20’ garden I mentioned and I know this tiller will handle it! Oh don’t forget to use some motorkote in the gas oil mix it sure makes it pure like a kitten. Stands to mention also that I arranged all the tiller blades in the aggressive position which is easily accomplished but it’s not shipped or at least mine was not shipped in that position. I bought this tiller for a medium sized garden about 1/4 acre and initially worried it was too small for the job. I was way wrong. This is a powerful little tiller and it works like its name implies. It quakes the earth! It's not heavy and a true joy to use. Comes mostly put together with very easy to follow assembly instructions. You literally only have to install 4 wing nuts (with handy plastic extensions) to put the main handle bar on and then a few zip ties to keep the control cord secured to the handle bar. It's that easy. Obviously a quality made in the USA product. It even comes with enough two cycle oil to mix up your initial gallon of fuel. Do your equipment a favor and call around to find ethanol free gas! I tilled for about 2 hours to do an initial break in and it actually appeared to run better as I went. I actually look forward to finishing the job. Love this new tiller! ... show more

This review is not for the product in its entirety, but more so for the poor treatment I received when trying to return this product after a defect in one of the components casting rendered it useless. Out of respect for the people who work at Ardisam Outdoor Equipment (the manufacturer/seller of this product, I will not use names. My experience with this company is as follows. I purchased this in May of 2022, and followed the assembly instructions and break in procedure for this piece of equipment. I have only used this for a total of three hours give or take and this does include breaking the engine in. It sees light use for weeding around plants in a 20x20 garden in light soil. The tiller itself is awesome for maneuverability and being light enough for people of all physical abilities to handle. Unfortunately it broke mid July (2 months of owning and again this tiller sees very minimal use) I contacted Amazon to see about returning this product. I did not want it any longer because of how it failed, I now question the quality of this product and don’t want to chance it with another one. Amazon’s instructions were to contact the seller directly because I was out of their 30 day return window. I contacted Ardisam through their customer service portal and left a polite email about my request for a refund. I was emailed the next day by a member of their support staff that instructed me to deal with Amazon, because Amazon has my money. This is a very poor business model if you sell a product and let someone else keep the money. Follow me for more tips lol. I emailed back and said I was instructed to contact them. I asked if there was someone I could speak to directly about the special circumstances for my request for not replacing or repairing the item and just wanting a refund. The member of the support team never emailed back. Now at this point it is important to note that I do not use fowl language or try to belittle people who are just doing their job. My email was polite and I always make sure to use my pleases and thank yous as a matter of respect for the other person. Since I was ignored I called the support number since it was during normal business hours for them. I listened to the rather long menu options and was finally connected with a member of the support team. This person refused to give me a name and was very rude and short with me over the phone. I was told that they do not issue refunds and if I didn’t want to go to their authorized service center for it to be repaired I was out of luck. And the conversation ended with that. So. In saying all of that, I want to say that I was very disappointed with how this whole situation was handled by the customer service members of Ardisam Outdoor Equipment. I will never buy your products again and I hope this helps people see that they will not be treated well by your company when they need to contact you in regards to concerns about their purchase. A side note- I want to thank Amazon Customer Care for working with me. They are awesome and they are working towards a solution to help out. Ardisam Customer Service I would rate you at Zero Stars if that were an option. ... show more
