I sized up because I like to wear thick socks in the winter. Very comfortable to walk in. Not heavy at all. The faux fur is super soft inside and out! Definitely will be wearing these out more often. I needed new boots for snowy weather and these are perfect. They are a bit big, even for my very wide foot, leaving plenty of room for warm, wool socks as well as some regular socks under the wool ones. They are very comfortable and have great tread, so no slipping on the snow.

The boots are a good height and a bit rustic looking but they ARE for bad weather. The faux fur seems thick enough and the soles have good texture and will probably provide the kind of traction I need to prevent falls. (I’m a senior). I’ve never bought shoes online before, so I was a bit worried these wouldn’t fit or I wouldn’t like the style but I was happily proven wrong. They’re way cuter than I thought they would be, fit PERFECT and seem very sturdy and waterproof. The fur goes all the way into the shoe, doesn’t feel cheap, and seems to be attached well.
