This item was exactly as described. It is easy to use, and the picture quality is pretty good. The battery probably only lasts about 15-20 minutes per charge though. I would recommend spending a little more on one of their other products if battery life is going to bother you. I’m very happy with this product. The camera is pretty clear. It stays charged for awhile. Some people complained about it heating up, but I have not experienced it getting hot, only warm. The app makes it easy to set up. This is a good bang for your buck.

I wanted to love this, but I don't. First of all, the app you need to download to be able to use this is just overly complicated, took a long time to connect to my phone. Secondly, I found the tips to be next to useless. I don't understand any of the reviews saying that this would be good for the elderly. I'm 34 and struggled to scoop just a little bit of wax off the edges just inside my ear. I couldn't imagine being elderly, possibly with arthritis, trying to use this on myself. Also, the end of it gets hot! It *was* helpful to be able to see for myself that I didn't have any signs of infection, and that there was barely any wax in my ear. It was much less of a waste of money than paying a doctor to just look into my ears and tell me they're fine, so that's one positive note. ... show more
