I am giving this product 5 starts because the most important thing that I needed, it does great. You can get an absolute clear view of your ear canal and see wax buildup and gently remove it. The connection to iPhone works well without major fuss. The phone App overall is decent. However, having said that there are a few things the buyer should know: 1) It takes some practice using this tool because the imaging is "mirrored" meaning when you want to move to the right, you have to move the tool to the left. When you want to move the tool up, you have to move it down. Takes a little bit to get use to. 2) I would have liked to have seen more instructions with the various attachments and how things fit together. Yes, you ultimately can figure it out but some better documentation would have been nice. 3) Some type of case for the scope and its associated tools would have been nice. The package is very thin flexible plastic and not good for storage.

I was honestly blown away by this ear wax removal kit! The built-in camera with light makes it so easy to see exactly what you're doing and the picture quality is crystal clear on my phone. The included accessories are very handy and make the process much more comfortable and effective than using cotton swabs. Setup was quick, and the app connected right away without any issues. I really like how safe and precise it feels compared to traditional methods. The battery lasts a long time, and everything stores neatly in a case, making it convenient for travel. Definitely worth the money and highly recommended!

It’s a great product and easy to use. I generally use normal tools to clean my ears and I taught my ears are always clean. But after using this product I was wrong and I realize I have lot to remove. The camera shows all the areas properly and I can able to view each hidden spots where we usually won’t be able to reach with normal tools. It has additional heads with lots of uses. We can easily remove the heads. I used this without heads to check my newborn baby ears as well. Baby’s usually get ear infections and this is very helpful to find in early stage. Great product for great price and very easy to clean.

Great earwax removal kit! It comes with silicon tips to ensure cleanliness and replacement when needed, and it is very easy to change. The inclusion of the camera makes it even easier to use, and is another reason I highly recommend this product - specially for someone who tends to be scare or sensitive when removing earwax, seeing everything really helps with that). I downloaded the app and connected it very quickly and without much problems, the only thing to note regarding the connection is that it connects to it as WiFi (all the details/instructions are pretty clear in the small manual). All in all, pretty good product with a fair price.

I had an old Bebird Note C2 and it was very helpful especially for my kids. However, I have very dry earwax and the spoon shaped tips just can’t get dry earwax out easily. I can hear dry earwax crinkling in my ears and it was driving me nuts! I finally pulled the trigger to get this new Bebird with tweezers attachment and oh my goddess, I can finally get rid of those stubborn dry earwax! I’m going to try the other attachments on my kids to see if they are helpful. To me, only the tweezers work, if you have dry earwax! I also like tips that are made out of metal - much more sturdy! The video quality is also 4x better than my old Note C2. The app works the same, connecting to my phone was easy. I have a iPhone 15 and it was a breeze. The Bebird does heat up a little but I feel fine because the metal tube into the ear canal Is not hot, only the handheld unit in my hand feel a bit hotter than my old Note. I only have it for a day, and I hope this lasts!

I picked this thing up today. It works. It reaches the spots I need, though the tube feels thick for small ear canals. I get a snag near the entrance every time, which feels like the device judging my life choices. Connection to my phone took seconds. The camera looks clear enough to make me question every past Q-tip. The app ruins the fun. It demands local network access AND cellular data. For a camera. Inside an ear. Hard pass. I install it only when I use it, then delete it. Use an old phone with no data if you want peace of mind. The tool sits in a plastic molded holder, though it wobbles around like it wants out. A real case or even a bag would make this feel less like a garage project. Good hardware. Suspicious software. Great view of your internal shame.
