He's 9, a little tall for his age, but pretty skinny, and he is wearing the size 11-12 so I guess it runs a little small bc he barely fits a size 10 in clothes, usually wears an 8. The sleeves are just slightly long but not so long that they even need to be rolled. Very plushy and warm, a great buy. Size up and you'll love it.
