I’ll be honest, I was nervous to try this foundation because I usually spend over three times as much on high end brands. But, as usual, e.l.f. absolutely delivered. The medium coverage is spot on, enough to even everything out while still letting my skin look like, well, skin. It gives such a natural finish that honestly, surprised me. The blendability is dreamy too, no streaks, no patchiness, just smooth and seamless with a brush, sponge, or fingers. I’ve got combo skin that can’t decide who she is, and this foundation just rolls with it. It has a lovely moisture level, hydrating without getting greasy, and it wears comfortably all day without clinging to dry spots or melting off the oily ones. The size of the bottle is generous for the price (seriously, my wallet is still in shock), and a little goes a long way. Okay so I’ve been using the e.l.f. Soft Glam Foundation for like two weeks now and I’m actually obsessed. It gives me that smooth, glowy-but-not-greasy look that I’ve been trying to get forever. It’s medium coverage but buildable, so I can wear it light for class or layer it up for going out. Plus, it doesn’t feel heavy at all — like my skin can still breathe. I have combo skin and it holds up pretty well throughout the day. I don’t even need to set it with powder unless I’m gonna be out for hours. Also, the shade match was shockingly good for a drugstore foundation. And it’s under $10?? Like hello, budget baddie approved. Con: If you have super oily skin, you might need to blot or touch up after a few hours — it’s not totally shine-proof. But overall? 9/10. Definitely staying in my makeup bag. ... show more

I really like this foundation. I wish I could give it 4 1/2 stars because it’s almost perfect for me. I started using the red cushion foundation and tried to love it as much as everyone else seemed to. It was almost three times the price of this, and never looked as good on me as this does. It has a beautiful skin like finish, which dries down smooth and without oiliness or stickiness. The coverage is good even though the foundation is light weight. I have sensitive skin and have had no problems with irritation or breakouts. I have an oily t-zone and if there is any area I wish this worked a little better it would be my nose, but it’s easily managed with some blotting sheets or a little powder. This foundation is really nice, specially for the price point. It has decent coverage and a nice finish, radiant without being too matte or too shiny. Sometimes I have to touch up with a pressed powder if it's humid or if I sweat at all but otherwise it seems to wear well throughout the day. I liked it but I have to apply it right after moisturizing otherwise it doesn’t spread so easily. Nice coverage but not the first thing I pick up for some reason. That being said, I live in swampy Florida so maybe that’s the reason.

This foundation dries quickly. I wanted a smooth powder look to my face that worked with a rosy glow of highlighter, blush, contour and bronzer. I added a very neutral color of concealer after the foundation and it got absorbed right away. This foundation goes on smoothly, it stays in place all day and it doesn't itch or dry out. I put on moisturizer, primer and color correction before this foundation and they settled into my face quite well with this foundation. I finished up with powder, eye makeup and setting spray and the foundation held everything together. I was just delighted. It takes about two hours to apply all the makeup (you have to let each application dry of course as you move along). Your makeup is fabulous. I posted before and after pictures. 🥰 ... show more

Just bought this again, even though I just got the first one a couple of weeks ago. DO NOT WANT TO RUN OUT OF THIS PRODUCT! It is exceptional on every level. You have beautiful, flawless coverage that is lightweight and get this...it lasts all day. I never have to refresh or apply more. It just is a beautiful foundation. Will never use anything else! The price point is phenonmenal. I even purchased the powder, which again is amazing!
