When they said putty primer , I was expecting to get something a little bit thicker than what I got . My skin didn’t like it. At first my skin felt soft, didn’t do anything for the primer part. I'm a dedicated ELF customer. Their products are just as good as higher priced cosmetics and in many cases superior to many of the high priced cosmetics I've tried. This putty primer is great. Wow I can't believe it. You can't imagine how many facial primers I have tried to use under my makeup to only have it make my skin and makeup look drier and make me look 10 years older. I have super sensitive skin, so I was a little bit worried about irritation or breakouts but so far I've had none of that -and it even feels comfortable in 110° heat. Didn't make my face oily or break out, didn't feel like I was wearing anything at all. It even worked with a very well-known makeup that no matter what I used as a primer the makeup would look horrible in the fine lines and wrinkles of my face. I tried this product and it was amazing, all day long hydrated, dewy, radiant skin. This is definitely a keeper for me, easy to apply, not heavy, no breakouts, no melting of makeup, no touch ups throughout the day.
