This is probably one of the easiest mops that I’ve ever used and I’ve used quite a few over the years. I use them to clean my hard wood and tile floors and it leaves no streaks. No residue or buildup either…that’s already a win for me! Its easy to assemble too, you just attach the handle into the mop base. To clean, you just have to wet the mop head and wring it out. Attach it to the base and you’re ready to go. It's easy and quick. I usually end up rinsing the head 2-3 times during the job. The best part is that you don’t have to use any chemicals or cleaner, all you need is water. I was skeptical about it at first but it really does a good job at getting rid of the dust and debris…much better than the Swiffer that I was using at least. If you want to though you can mix in a bit of vinegar. Let me tell you the telescoping handle also makes mopping a lot easier- it’s perfect for people who have a bad back like me. You can pretty much adjust it to any length you desire. Its light and easy to maneuver too. The only caveat is that the cloth doesn’t really grab onto pet hair. I have a golden doodle who likes to shed so you can see where the problem is. After reading what a few people had to say, I ended up getting some turbo mop pads for the mop. The size is not completely the same but they attach just as easily to the bottom. They do a good job of getting rid of the dog hair and wash easily in the washer. As long as I’m able to swap out the pads, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this product again. It’s sturdy and worth the money in my opinion. ... show more

I use both Norwex and e-cloth products. I have been completely sold on Norwex products for many years and spent a lot of money there, but could never bring myself to purchase a $70 Norwex mop. I mean seriously...$70 for a mop is ridiculous. I ended up buying a small Norwex wet mop head and velcro-ing it to a Swiffer mop. That worked pretty well for awhile. Eventually I came across e-cloth on Amazon and thought I would try out their mop and mop head. The quality of the mop and head is great. And it's appropriately priced! I love the fact that you can adjust the height and the size is large. The mop head cleans really well, it actually, I daresay, cleans better than my Norwex mop head, because the Norwex fibers have worn down flat. The only advantage to the Norwex mop head is that it has silver in the fibers, so the the mop head will sanitize itself in 24 hours. But as far as I can tell, that makes no difference compared to the e-cloth in how well it cleans and sanitizes the floor. I really love this mop - where the heck have I been? I have a steam mop and the industrial type set up. I never found the disposable swifter mops to work that well, and THIS mop is actually kind of unbelievable. I have over 1000 sq ft of tile - I mopped it in under 10 min. CRAZY! I am really miffed that my mom has been using one for almost 2 years and never told me!!!! This is a game changer! I’d love to give 100 stars!!!!! I’m Just a regular person (not paid or sponsored by ecloth). Somehow this amazing mop cleans with just water!! I used it on my hardwood floors and the next day my son noticed a weird buildup of what looked like dust by our baseboards. When we looked up close it was built up floorwax that the mop had removed!! I got on my hands and knees and used the ecloth scour pad to scour up the rest and my floors look like BRAND NEW. It was amazing how the mop got the ball rolling on removing floor wax!! I just ordered a new mop head so I can have one for wood and one for my tile. I have told everyone I know how awesome this mop is. I just got this mop in yesterday and had already cleaned my hardwood with Armstrong floor spray and a hardwood mop. Just to see what the new mop would get up, I went over the floors with water and the pad was brown (pictures). I seriously had JUST cleaned the floors a couple of hours earlier. There is something about the fibers on the mop that really deep clean. I’m now throwing out all of my other floor care mops right at the moment. Lol. ... show more

Easiest mop I've ever used. I'm saving tons of money on products that were leaving streaks. This works on my wood and tile floors. You just wet it, rinse it now and then, and then throw it in the weekly laundry (just the washer). You know what I love the most though? The long adjustable handle. My back can't take bending over that much. You usually have to lean into a mop to add some pressure at tough cleaning spots, but with this long handle, I can reach up and pull down, not lean over and push. Although this doesn't require a lot of scrubbing action. It works well! I've used mop and bucket (horrors!), spray mops with cleaning fliud attached to the handle (better), but a mop that works with just water and attaches to the handle with velcro is an amazing and very welcome improvement. It's wider than any other mop, too. Only thing better would be a maid. Sadly, it has ruined the finish on my wood floor. It started with a spot or two that looked liked I’d spilled something. I was so excited to try this mop out and be able to clean my floor with just water! Tried it out today and after one use, it is already broken! The piece that holds the Velcro strips on popped off as I finished mopping my small kitchen. I am very disappointed in the quality of this mop. The microfiber worked well, so that’s why I gave the 2 stars for use and cleaning, but the rest of it deserves 0 stars. UPDATE: I changed my review to 4 stars as when I emailed e-cloth customer service directly (through their website) they sent me a brand new mophead, including cloth, totally free! This one has worked great for over a week and about 3 uses. I am much happier with my new product and very happy with E-cloth’s customer service! ... show more
