I like air purifiers a lot since I have pets but dislike my house smelling like pets. I'm sure they also filter out whatever harmful things might be in the air, but since I cant actually see those things I'm mostly interested in the lovely fresh air that comes out of an air purifier. I own many different brands, but this Dyson is for sure my new favorite. One of my biggest pain points in the winter is my air purifiers spit cold air at me when I'm already cold, so having the heating function will come in really handy. Apart from that, it looks amazing and takes up a very small footprint in my house, which I appreciate. It also moves the air really effectively and doesn't make a ton of noise. All of that aside, one of the best features of Dyson purifiers is how many options you'll have for non-OEM filter replacements. My other purifiers haven't got those options and the cost creeps up pretty rapidly. I'm sure the OEM air filters are best, but for someone like me who just likes the fresh air smell and the large air movement, this air purifier is for sure the way to go! ... show more

So i received the item really quick which is nice. The item was packed inside anothe big box that had no extra padding but extra room and the items box inside was a little damaged but everything inside was perfectly ok. It took a few minutes to unpack and set up and get use to the app features and the controller. You cannot use heat function in the app. So if the device is turned on or off on the app it will go into fan mode and you cannot select heat mode if your not home when this happens or if the power has went off. Only the remote can do this which is kind of a downside. The heat feature itself with the remote and the device works pretty good with 10 speeds to choose from and a range on temps to set to even pretty lows temps below room temperature. The build quality is really nice and sleek itself and the screen is easily readable as well. Overall this is a nice product asside the heat safety on the device where can only use the remote but will work good when your home or away and the fan part works good regardless on its own. ... show more

This newly released Hot+Cool HP2 De-NOx model is absolutely top of the line! No assembly required. Just unpack and plug it in. Although it did take me a few mins to find the power button! lol Displays a lot of info on it's small round LCD screen. But everything is shown in complete detail on the app and it was simple to connect with the app, and in turn link it to my home WiFi. The app has more settings than you can think of! And it has a ton of features. Auto mode to run on a timer, based on air quality, and more. Oscillation can adjust from 45 degrees to almost 360 degree rotation. Most will only rotate about 90 degrees. Heat, Cool, and the ultimate in air filtration. Links to Alexa, Siri, or Google Home with many more options for voice control than just turning it on or off. We absolutly love this product! We retired our old air filter and this has been great for keeping us cool in the summer months. It is loud if you turn it up high, but if you keep in on auto or turned down, it is nice a quite and keeps your air quality better in the house. It has a nifty little screen that tells you the condition of the air. I can control it from my phone if I want or use the magnetic remote(attaches to the top of fan) It is a Dyson, so they are pricey, but we own many of their products because they last a long time. A bit on the short side compared to my other Dyson fan. The fan is quiet and blows well, it's not as strong as some bladed fans at max power, but for the noise this is very good. The heat is quite warm, and I wouldn't leave it on all night.

Overall controls are well thought out, intuitive and easy to use. Shipping package is LARGE so be away, but not so large that one person can't move the item. Well and safely packed inside. This is hands down one of the best air purifiers I’ve used. The heating and cooling features are a bonus, but the air purification is what really shines — you can feel the difference in air quality within an hour. The Dyson purifier is a huge step above what we currently use. I was blown away to find it has both cooling and heating features. Both features work very well. It has a modern look that blends in with our decor. It also takes up less space than our previous purifier. This Dyson stands up to the name. It offers quality and technology. There's one downfall.
