This was too big to fit my Dyson v10. There was a warning box saying it had many returns. When I read other reviews it seemed as if it was usually a v8 referred to when not fitting. So thought since had a v10 possibly larger. But it was not and I have just about given up getting a brush bar. Tried just the brush bar from another seller and the cap would not fit that you lock in the brush bar. The lip on brush bar on that was too wide for cap to fit on. Visually compared and it looks the same as the old one that came off of my cyclone v10. Was simple to replace. Works great but obnoxiously loud on my hardwood floor. Either the bristles or the humps where the bristles attach must be a little taller. If it wasn’t for that I’d rate it 5 stars. Much cheaper than replacing the motor head. ... show more
