The DXZ A3 UV Printer is probably nothing like any other printer you have owned. It will print high resolution full color on just about anything you can fit on the flatbed. I had a lot of trouble at first because I just didn't understand how UV printing works. There is no heat involved a the UV ink is cured with UV light. This means you can print on delicate objects without damaging them. When I first receive the printer last week, I could not get it to turn on. I originally thought I would need to return the printer and made a Return Request with Amazon. That was a big mistake because I am having trouble cancelling the Return Request that I should have never made. What I had to do to get the printer going was to first take the top off (four screws and unplug the fan cord). That makes the main board visible and I could see a whole bunch of plug-in connectors. I removed and reinserted every visible connector. I reinstalled the top cover, powered up the printer, and it began its initialization process. I had not yet put ink in all the jars for each color and varnish, so I decided to stop and do that. Make sure you have some exam gloves. Make sure you have lots of rubbing alcohol on hand, as that is what you use for all cleaning chores on this printer. Another thing you must do is to fill the water jar that is located in the compartment below the row of ink jars. This where my problem occurred, but it took awhile for me to find it. When I made a print with the printer, the UV ink didn't properly cure and looked terrible. It turned out that the small water hose had not been plugged into the pump inside the water jar. Once I plugged in the water hose and turned on the power, the water system was filled, I had to refill the water jar as it had used quite a bit of water to charge the system. This printer needs to be used every day, and you will get used to doing lots of nozzle cleans. Generally you need to do three nozzle cleans in a row. And don't forget to regularly empty the Waste Ink Jar. The DXZ support people are 12 hours time difference, or half way around the world from me, so that often means delays in getting answers, so plan accordingly. The service people are great to work with, will get you going. I highly recommend this printer.

This machine isn't all its said to be. The setup tutorial is in chineese. Its not American consumer friendly. The tech support isn't helpful because of a language barrier. I have a business that I ordered this for. What a big mistake. It doesn't print correctly. It cam in a wooden crate that looked like it went through a war when I received it. I would definitely think twice before you buy this brand of product. Highly disappointed for $4232.00

Expanding my craft-making business with this UV DTF printer has been a great decision. The machine produces beautiful canvas prints with stunning color and clarity. It also creates vivid prints on wood and allows me to make custom stickers with ease. One of the biggest advantages is its versatility. I’ve been able to customize coasters, mugs, and glasses, which have quickly become some of my best-selling items. This machine truly prints on a wide range of surfaces. Customer service has also been excellent. Having direct contact with a real person who is willing to help troubleshoot and offer guidance makes a big difference. I bought this printer over a year ago and I was apprehensive as I live in Florida (USA) and wondered if I would be stuck if I needed parts or help. The printer arrived in a big crate and I spent some (a couple weeks) learning all I could about the printer and the software. When I was ready to start making items i contacted support and they were terrific and worked with me and verified I had everything set up correctly. I retired and needed a UV printer for my retirement job. I looked locally at commercial printers but the cost is beyond what I could afford. In over a year of mostly daily use I've only had two issues, once I tried some cheap UV ink i found online and learned to be careful what ink you buy, and the second issue was my UV light burned out two weeks ago. I dug out my whatsapp and found the contacts and reached out and just like when I first bought the printer they were fantastic. , when I told Jeremy I think i just needed a UV light he spent time and diagnosed the issue to confirm what I needed then he had sales get the replacement UV light in the mail the same day. I will note that due to the time difference you have to wait until evening here in the US to work with them online (unless you get up early i suppose). Since my initial purchase my hobby has turned into more of an actual business and because of my good experiences with support and sales I purchased additional equipment from them including a direct to film roll feed printer a few months ago, which has also worked perfectly so far after some pretty steady use. I posted a pic of my printer to show how I set it up with an exhaust fan, and i recommend one if you don't like the smell of the ink. Also you can see my AC unit, it gets really hot here in summer so I keep the room air conditioned during summer daytime. This printer is very well built (get a friend to help you set it in place, it is heavy) My experience has been fantastic with this seller and I'm glad I went with them. I follow a routine for cleaning and maintenance and feel like this printer will give me many more years of work. I would give it ease of use, as it is easy now, but it did take me a week or two to learn everything.
