I have had this DTF printer for over a month and I can’t say enough good things about this printer and the support that comes with it. Jeremy and the team are amazing!!! The support is free and they go above and beyond to be sure you are happy with their products and everything is in tip top shape. I have to say that this DTF printer is a beast. I purchased a Procolored DTF and the motherboard blew out during setup. I was skeptical at first about this one but in all honesty it is amazing. It is not like others where it breaks for no reason at all. It is well worth the investment. That is my honest opinion. I bought this (it was not given to me as a tester or anything like that and I love how tough it is. I was worried because I was going out of state for a week. I put it on automatic clean. When I returned home; I had no issues at all. The colors are vibrant, you do not have to be an expert to use. Oh, I also had a regular printer that I transformed into a DTF, purchased over $2000 with everything from (Highly Flavored) and was not able to use any of it at all. Not once. The printhead kept burning out. Went through 3 printers before I purchased the Procolored 1800 then this one. So yes, I have been through the ringer and basically threw away a lot of money before getting something that outperforms my expectations! So save your money and purchase this one first. You will be happy with this DTF printer. I was so happy with it I also purchased a UV printer from DXZ. I vouch for them 100 percent. I uploaded a image to show you how vibrant the prints are. I hope this review helps you. I don’t have a lot of money but this is a great investment. Truth! As I mentioned before I waisted so much money (thousands $$$$) before finally finding something that actually works. Procolored would not (they absolutely refused to allow me to return their product) even though it didn’t work, motherboard blew out during set up, and they wanted me to fix it and absolutely refused to allow a return / refund. If you go to TikTok you will see endless horror stories about Procolored. Definitely choose DXZ products.

I bought the DXZ printer with high expectations, but it completely let me down. No matter how much I adjust the settings or the type of paper, it always leaves those annoying “white edges” around every print. It’s frustrating, especially if you work with designs that need to go edge-to-edge or are used for professional products like T-shirts or labels. The software doesn’t help either — you can’t fully remove the margins, and calibration is a nightmare. If you’re looking for clean, borderless printing, this printer is not for you. I do not recommend it at all for quality work or DTF printing. I’ve wasted paper, ink, and time trying to fix the issue. Nothing works! It’s extremely frustrating, especially when you’re printing for clients or selling products. Honestly, it’s not worth the money or the stress. If you’re thinking about buying it, do yourself a favor and choose another brand. This printer only causes frustration. And please, to those posting positive reviews — be honest. Just look at the photos you’re uploading; you can clearly see those ugly white borders. It doesn’t matter if the seller asked you for a good review — tell the truth. Prints with those borders don’t look clean or professional.

I want to give a 5 star rating for this printer I bought that was shipped from China. First, it was fast shipping. It was shipped via UPS and the packages arrived well packed - there were 3 boxes. I encountered problems with the printer in the beginning and I contacted the company. The technician named Jack was able to help install the programs and guided me throughout the process. We communicated via WhatsApp. He was able to remotely get control of the printer from China, load the programs he needed to fix the printer, make necessary adjustments and identify the causes of the problems. It took him several hours though, but he stayed with me all throughout the process including the testing. The printer now is working properly and I am a happy customer. The print quality of the printer is superb, the colors are vibrant and the line are perfect. I highly recommend this printer and this company has excellent customer service.
