    • Sturdy product but disappointing function
it’s harder to use than a regular garlic press. it’s kind of hard to get the garlic to stay in place to press down hard enough to press through.

When I ordered this, I wasn’t sure I’d like it compared to the press I had always used. I LOVE IT. I use frozen garlic, use the roller to remove the skin, then press the garlic. It’s easy to use and makes it easy to mix in other ingredients. I haven’t used a garlic press since I got this.

I had high hopes for this tool. I’ve been looking for easier ways to mince garlic and it looked really easy when I looked at the videos but, you do have to press pretty hard to mince the garlic. It’s not bad but a knife might be easier to mince the garlic.
