Plugged in to test. Projector lamp not working. When I went to test with a multi-meter, I noticed that the pins were not seated. Used needle nose pliers to pull the pins back into place. The projector bulb then worked.

I have a 2014 SRX I was able to install these by myself. NOTE: You need to be able to raise the front end off the ground (safely) to get to a series of bolts to get the front grill off. I did mine "blind" feeling for the heads to get them off and then the holes to get them back in. Very little room. The rest is straightforward if you are mechanically inclined. Plan on tearing more apart than you think. The entire front grill has to come off to get these installed. This includes screws in the wheel wells. I bought a cheap trim kit to help remove plastic parts without damaging them. The wiring is NOT the same but compatible. The daytime running lights work, but the fog lights' operation has changed. There are white LEDs on the vertical outside that light up. It's not a problem, but be aware that you will want to double-check your light settings before buttoning it up. If you don't like how they work, it will save you a lot of time. Some people complain about the lamps not pointing correctly. None will until you adjust them. There are adjustment knobs on the back you can turn to get them to point in the correct direction. Again, follow a good video on how to do this. I put tape on the wall where the top of the old lights hit, then adjusted my new ones to match this as best I could. CON: The lights are no brighter than the originals. I didn't catch this until I had the entire car put back together. Once it is, you have to go through some disassembly to get to the lamps and replace them. I was going to try a bright white, but moving the air cleaner out of the way and taking the battery out was too much work for what I would gain. They were in better shape than the old ones, so there was still and improvement. There is no way you could get these replaced, even if you are a DIY person, for any less and for the same quality. ... show more

We replaced the Halogens with LEDs and they are perfect. The housings fit the car perfectly. Changing to LEDs make a huge difference in seeing at night plus they shouldn't get hot like halogens.. the housing does come with Halogen light though...

The headlights were very nice looking, good quality and came with bulbs. Unfortunately it could not connect with the HID wiring harness and there's no adapter or anything online to change a HID to an LED so I went with a new ballast and bulbs so my headlight would work.

Delivered quick. Packaged well. Exact item. Fits. Need to update. After 2 weeks the right bulb went out. While checking it and wiring found one wire in harness in headlight fot bulb was totally off bulb assembly. Now I have to take everything apart again. Will change to led while I'm at it. This is not an easy fix ... show more

They fit ok. Recommend changing bulbs. The ones that come in it melted within 2 weeks, luckily it didn’t cause any other issues
