The old lights were so difficult to see when driving at night. They were just so dim. We tried changing the bulbs which didn't help. We purchased these headlights and what a huge difference. They are so bright and they look so nice. I am very happy that I can see the road again. They come with instructions to correctly aim them which is pretty easily done by two people. Plugged in to test. Projector lamp not working. When I went to test with a multi-meter, I noticed that the pins were not seated. Used needle nose pliers to pull the pins back into place. The projector bulb then worked.

Ordered these as my Cadillac does what SRX models tend to do, minimal light from headlights. Did not take product apart when it came, no reason to, installed as directed. Now even brights are dim and main lights do not work. Took it apart and both headlights are blown. Definitely not worth the money, and now back at square one. Will be contacting to return.

I have a 2014 SRX I was able to install these by myself. NOTE: You need to be able to raise the front end off the ground (safely) to get to a series of bolts to get the front grill off. I did mine "blind" feeling for the heads to get them off and then the holes to get them back in. Very little room. The rest is straightforward if you are mechanically inclined. Plan on tearing more apart than you think. The entire front grill has to come off to get these installed. This includes screws in the wheel wells. I bought a cheap trim kit to help remove plastic parts without damaging them. The wiring is NOT the same but compatible. The daytime running lights work, but the fog lights' operation has changed. There are white LEDs on the vertical outside that light up. It's not a problem, but be aware that you will want to double-check your light settings before buttoning it up. If you don't like how they work, it will save you a lot of time. Some people complain about the lamps not pointing correctly. None will until you adjust them. There are adjustment knobs on the back you can turn to get them to point in the correct direction. Again, follow a good video on how to do this. I put tape on the wall where the top of the old lights hit, then adjusted my new ones to match this as best I could. CON: The lights are no brighter than the originals. I didn't catch this until I had the entire car put back together. Once it is, you have to go through some disassembly to get to the lamps and replace them. I was going to try a bright white, but moving the air cleaner out of the way and taking the battery out was too much work for what I would gain. They were in better shape than the old ones, so there was still and improvement. There is no way you could get these replaced, even if you are a DIY person, for any less and for the same quality.

Fits exactly like original. Can be installed with some mechanical knowledge. Took approximately 2 hours from start to finish. Drastically improved visibility of my SRX. Only suggestion would be to order LED low beam bulbs same time you order these. They come with all new bulbs including halogen low beam bulbs. Halogen get too hot and over time burn off the reflective coating ending up with dim low beams. Watch installation video on YouTube. It will walk you step by step through changing the assemblies.

The headlights were very nice looking, good quality and came with bulbs. Unfortunately it could not connect with the HID wiring harness and there's no adapter or anything online to change a HID to an LED so I went with a new ballast and bulbs so my headlight would work.

We replaced the Halogens with LEDs and they are perfect. The housings fit the car perfectly. Changing to LEDs make a huge difference in seeing at night plus they shouldn't get hot like halogens.. the housing does come with Halogen light though...

The media could not be loaded. The lights fit perfectly on my car. And looks great compare to the original light. Visibility with these new lights look drastically better than the original as well. But does not meet the standard requirements. These headlights does not illuminate pass 10ft, to visibly see oncoming objects. (See pic). The lights seem to point downward, which reduces visibility. And there is no adjustment settings to adjust. I wish there was more packaging to safeguard the lights. One came with a broken side clip. Could be due to shipping also I purchase these as Used. I am returning these lights and will purchase a different brand.
