I've put a lot of furniture together in my life, and this was one of the easiest builds I've ever done. There are a lot of pieces, it's a very sturdy table, but the assembly instructions were clear, comprehensive, and easy to follow. All of the hardware is provided and the only thing I needed to supply for myself was a Phillips head screw driver. I did this by myself and it took me about 25-30 minutes. The table itself once assembled is really beautiful. It's also quite heavy and feels like something I purchased off the furniture store's showroom floor. The openness of the design makes for an attractive and versatile piece. It's elegant, not clunky. On one side you have a sliding panel and on the other you have a swinging cabinet style door with a magnetic latch. On the ends of the table are open slat panels that help keep the design from looking too heavy. There arealso little felt pad feet on each of the four legs to protect your flooring. I'm definitely impressed with this table and the ease of assembly. It's very functional and cost much less than similar coffee tables I've seen in the stores already assembled.

I just finished putting this table together yesterday. I'm always a little hesitant when it comes to assembly furniture, as it often ends up being a major pain. But this coffee table went together nicely. There was one spot on the instructions that I think was incorrect but was easy to identify and skip over. Assembly process seemed to be well thought out and the instructions were detailed. Once fully assembled, it seems very sturdy an looks great.

My house is a combo of neutrals (tan, white, cream) and black. This coffee table is not only perfect for my decor but functional as well. I haven’t yet found a basket for the lower shelf, but am on the hunt for something that fits. Why 5 stars? First of all this table is heavy — as in high quality. It did take over an hour to assemble, but part of that was because it was packaged super carefully with lots of protection. All parts had stickers to indicate which part number they were, and clear instructions for the assembly. For build-your-own-furniture, this assembly was as good as it gets. If you’re looking for a cute farmhouse-style table for your space that doubles for storage (both halves contain storage space underneath) this is a solid choice. Two thumbs up.
