I looked at the reviews before buying and honestly is sad that people didn’t get what they expected but I got the opposite. I got the most fluffy one and it’s so soft. I got a nice cover just white to put on it and I never noticed any smells or feathers. I got it about 4 hours ago and have no complaints. I haven’t had any nights in it yet but so far I don’t ever want to leave my bed. The longer it sits the more fluffy it’s getting. I got one of the biggest sizes and it’s super light weight but not too light. It’s honestly perfect. This might not be for everyone but when laid out flat on my bed it sucks you in and I love that. Love the weight of this not too heavy but definitely warm enough and just enough weight. Plan on using it all winter. The fabric is nice and soft not crinkly at all. Can't wait to get under it at night. very cozy.

Update: the company reached out to me and sent me a new duvet insert. It’s not the same as the one I had before but it is holding up much better so far. It fluffed up in the dryer. It does have a slight smell when first washed and wet but it does go away. I have now given this company 5 stars for their amazing customer service I bought this in January and paid a lot of money for it. It was nice and fluffy and thick. Now 6 months later it’s flat and no longer fluffy! I wash and dry it as directed on the tag and I’ve had no issues with it fraying or burning in the dryer. The loops are very sturdy to hold the duvet cover. My only complaint is that it went flat and I was looking forward to using this for a full winter😔 ... show more

This Duvet is AMAZING it is extremely fluffy which is what I was looking for. I got mine in an oversized queen and I put in into my regular queen cover which made it even fluffier than it already was. if you are on the fence just do it you will not regret it!!!

Light weight, warm, and fluffy like we wanted. We like the corner tabs for tying the cover to reduce movement. Unfortunately, it was a bit smelly like a wet bird and there are square marks in it like it got a little melted and looks like plastic. We spoke with the seller who was very responsive and they sent the images to the warehouse who said they were from the vacuum process and would disappear after washing. They also said the smell would be reduced after washing. When our guests leave, we will try washing it. We put the cover on after it aired out a bit and the smell is a little better. ... show more
