The media could not be loaded. This is a great alternative to typical, messy horizontal burning trays. It's nicely finished, convenient to use, and (in my opinion) a safer solution. If handled with care (meaning the glass tube), this item will probably last for years. If you burn incense often, this is a great buy! Although it's no big deal for me, the possible con might be the fact that incense sticks burn a bit faster upended.
