This is a lovely washcloth, an absolutely beautiful color and great to use. It's about a step down from most spa exfoliating gloves, so it's comfortable enough to use daily. It's also not as exfoliating, but it's definitely better than a regular washcloth or loofah. It's so long, you can easily use it to scrub your back, but also compresses well so you can hold it in one hand and use it like a really nice loofah. My legs and feet love it! I do not recommend using it on your face. It's definitely too rough. Wash your face with your hands and preferred soap. I like CeraVe, myself. It does wash well in the washing machine. I put it in a mesh bag just in case and I air dry it. We have high humidity so it's safer to sanitize weekly in the washer than to only rely on washing it after my showers. Nobody wants a moldy washcloth, I promise. The texture of this cloth is nice and open and air dries well, so it stays fresh much longer than our towels. I'm a happy customer and I might pick up the blue and green ones as gifts, they look really nice!

It's mot really soft, a little scratchy, which makes it exfoliating. It's long, which means you can use it to get to harder to reach places. It dries quickly, which is nice since we take one when we travel and it has to go back in the suitcase. And, they last forever! I think I replaced the first one after more than a year.

So right before Christmas an add for a similar product came across my socials. Looked intriguing so I did some research. Found this product had better reviews and was less expensive. Decided to give it a try as my skin was super dry and my back itched all the time. All I can say is OH MY! This is wonderful. Yes it’s long. Don’t let that deter you. You need the length. First try I folded I half and fold in half again. Got it nice and wet, put some soap. The towel makes a great lather. After washing arms legs, buttocks, I used it on my feet and between my toes . Then I rinsed a little and unfolded to use on my back. And the back of my neck. It is the perfect length. It rinses out easily and let me tell you, when your shower is over your skin feels SO SOFT. I couldn’t believe how much old dry skin was gone. One note: it holds lather well so you don’t need to keep reapplying body wash or soap to the towel. I hang it to dry in the shower and it’s ready to use again. The instructions say now to machine wash. I’m guessing so the exfoliating properties don’t diminish. Its longevity is listed as 3-6 months and as smooth as my skin is now, I’d say it’s worth the money. I’m also thrilled the dry skin on my back must be gone because my back doesn’t itch non stop.

I've tried loofas and body brushes. I've tried the cheap $1 nylon sponge wads you get at the big box stores. I read some good articles about the Goshi shower towel and decided to give it a try. I wouldn't say the Goshi towel is "soft." It's not harsh nor is it scratchy. The material is a softer, nylon-like material that exfoliates without being overly course. It's exactly what I want an exfoliating scrub cloth to be. That said, what you get in the package is super long! There is a LOT of towel! So much excess that I found it obnoxiously messy with soapy lather splashing everywhere during normal shower use. I decided to cut the towel in half. Perfect! Now I have a two Goshi towels that are "right sized" (I used a simple lighter to singe the ends where I cut to keep the material from fraying at the cut). The package that was delivered was ripped open. The Goshi towel inside seemed to be in good shape, no stains, rips or abrasion. I only mention this in case others have experienced similar, which could mean that Goshi may want to adjust their package size as they are simply over-stuffing. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, especially considering I got effectively two shower towels for the price of one. It feels good and leaves my skin feeling great. If the towel doesn't hold up well to normal use or washing with laundry I will update with comments.

Finally! A way that I can scrub my back effectively! This is long enough to work comfortably, lets me reach my whole back easily (unlike the bath poof or exfoliating glove I had), and provides just the right amount of exfoliation (unlike the back brush I tried that made nice lather, but barely exfoliated at all). It's well made too and is standing up to regular use. I'm glad I bought this. More color options would be nice. I'd buy one in aqua or ivory if it was available.
